The salesperson was knowledgeable and gave me a varied choice to choose from.

Very straightforward. I had an idea of what I wanted but needed help and advice. I went to the Southgate branch and saw Hudson. Very helpful and patient. Critically he did not try to upsell which is refreshing. We spoke about alternatives and if he didn’t know something he looked it up.

They also gave me a fitter called Mike. He was fantastic. Incredible knowledge. Worth every penny to get the best out of your product. I was only replacing an av amp for a modest home system. I could not have done it myself. No point in spending a lot of money and doing a second rate job on setup.

I found the expertise and understanding of what sort of hi fi I wanted was very professional and no pushy salesman which seems to be the norm nowadays. The member of staff with the name of Hudson was the nicest of nice. What ever they are paying him isn't enough. I went to the southgate branch and would recommend it most strongly. Thank you Hudson and thank you Richer Sounds. Yours thankfully a highly delighted customer

I contacted Richer Sounds in Southgate after being recommended to them by a neighbour . I have previously purchased from their Swiss cottage branch so was expecting a certain level of service and must say I was not disappointed. I spoke with a chap named Hudson and found him extremely helpful and easy to deal with.
He recommended a HI Fi set up that was in my price range without upselling me ! I visited the branch the next day and spoke with Ali who was again really helpful and I placed my order which was delivered the next day.
I did have a few questions when setting the system up but was able to phone the branch and get all the help I needed .
So presale and after sale both 100% . My thanks to your Southgate Team I will be back when I next need something.

Bought a new TV. Received excellent customer service and was not pressured to go with any particular product. Had a demo of my choice in the shop and prompt next day delivery was arranged. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I’ve been a HiFi enthusiast since the seventies and own a pretty top end system. When my CD player began to fail the tech service dept at Naim pointed me towards a CD transporter which they told me would work even better with my Naim DAC.
After researching products I alighted on Mission model and went to your Southgate shop. The colleague who helped me, Mak, could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable.
The product was not in stock but Mak went beyond the call of duty in securing one for me next day and even offered to let me borrow the demo model overnight to check compatibility with my system.
When the courier attempted delivery to the store the following day it was closed but Mak moved heaven and earth to secure a delivery and hence happy customer.
A great experience and your showrooms are packed with a superbly curated range of equipment at all price points. I’d recommend with complete confidence.

Bought a new television at Richer in Southgate after having them reccomended. Spoke to the manager , Ali and found the right TV to purchase after the one I originally wanted which was slightly cheaper wasn't available. was given good advice. They also reccomended Simply AV to deal with the installation.

Then it all went wrong. The shop booked the delivery for the wrong date so the Installation guy turned up with no television here. He was very kind and didnt charge me (although I told him he should charge the shop) but it delayed everything 5 days, cost me a lot of time and aggro and even if they gave me £20 credit I never received a call or an apology from Ali which is not what I would expect from a manager of a shop with this reputation.
The saving grace was the excellent service from AV and Anthony , cant recommend them strongly enough!

Been shopping with richer sounds since the late 80’s, always experiencing excellent customer service.
My streamer developed a fault after
5 years service which could not be fixed.
The steamer was replaced by richer sounds with no arguments or issues.
I love spending my money with them.

Great unbiased advice about buying choices , difficult when shop was so busy they couldn't get back to you. Courier with purchase arrived before 7am and didn't ring the door bell so missed my item :-(

Staff were very helpful and informative

My BluOs device, purchased the previous year, had stopped working and I was asked to bring it into the store. It took the manager 15 minutes to test the device and confirm a fault. I was provided with a new replacement device within 24 hours.

Just wanted to say Daniel at Richer Sounds, Southgate brunch was very helpful when I bought Denon avc x 4800 receiver and speaker package. Gave me a great deal and arranged delivery. I am also very happy with my new equipment. Thank you very much.

I have nothing but great things to say about Richer sounds. My first proper hifi system and from initially going into store and listening to multiple setups through to delivery, nothing was too much effort. When my system was delivered after a week I realised I had made the wrong choice on the speakers, they did not fill my room. I called the store and they we're so accommodating. I was able to return my speakers and they did a special order from Kef for speakers they do not generally stock. The customer service was exceptional, I highly recommend Richer Sounds, especially the Southgate store. RS now have a customer for life, 5*

Had an issue with an open box item, the store was excellent in resolving my issue and did a great job in making things right. Thank you
