Great service as always
Previous experience made me return to Richer Sounds to order a new TV.
I have always found the staff in Lichfield store to be friendly and knowledgable.
However, I ordered the TV as collect from store on the website as the wording on the website was a little ambiguous and made me think the TV was in stock in Lichfield. Had I of known the TV had to be delivered to Lichfield for my collection, I'd have just had it delivered straight to my house. A minor blot though and won't stop me using Richer Sounds again in the future.
