Gareth provided updates as he approached and let me know when he was 30 minutes away. He then carried the tv to my room of choice. Super-efficient service!

I would say one of the best customer service in this specific industry, every time I phone for update on our order, Richer Sounds staff was amazing. Just because of this, I would never use any other company for my next big purchase.

I purchased a TV and soundbar online and everything from start to finish has been brilliant, almost daily updates and delivered within timescale given, the two delivery drivers Mark & Zac were also spot on, rang to say they were on their way, brought everything into the hall, offered to move it into the living room, explaining what to do if I had any problems with the goods AAAAA Richer sounds!! The overall experience from ordering in store to delivery was great. Service cannot be faulted. Ordered Monday received next day. Gareth (delivery man) called roughly 10 minutes before arrival. Asked if needed anywhere specific when he had arrived. A very pleasant experience all together.
