I was kept informed about this delivery and as expected I got a message saying my delivery would be from 11.15 am till 13.15. I got a phone call saying the delivery team were 15 minutes away. Gareth and Karol appeared exactly on time brought my new TV sound bar and recording box into my home and checked the packaging was pristine as described.

Superb from start to finish.
Had a SMS and time, made a call to say I wasn't going to be in. The driver said he would see if he could get there for a time that worked and would call me 20 mins befoer.
All of which happened and was delivered
