Jacqui Callan and Mr Gibbs have got to be the worst combination. They come across as nice people (maybe they are) but they will not get you any results they promise. They try to do some work at the eleventh hour to make it look like you’re paying for something. Do not use!

Complete mockery of a company!!!!
The company especially Jackie her partner Mr Gibbs (Barrister) and Richard Edgerton are only after money.

They listen, advise and support your innocence until a week before court then at the 11th hour they advise you to go guilty. But this only after they have received £20,000 from you.

They do not challenge anything or support what you are saying. Mr Gibbs did not know about parole and the minimum sentence my family member would have to serve before he was eligible for parole - complete mockery of the system!

Jackie comes across lovely and very helpful and tells you what you want to hear until the company have received a large quantity of money. Jackie and Mr Gibbs Have a conflict of interest and at court Mr Gibbs ignores family members and makes you feels so alone!!!

Please avoid this company at all cost - save your money. A legal aid firm would do a far superior job!!!!!

Richard Etherington decided that it was a brilliant idea for me to enter a guilty plea to an offence that I did not commit, and that actually, the prosecution cannot prove that I did, either. You almost laughed in my face at Derby Crown Court after I still plead my innocence after being sentenced to TEN YEARS on the SOR and on a SHPO for the same period, but guess what? Since then I have done a great deal of research, I also did an ROA to the CPS so I could see all of the evidence and as it turns out, their "evidence" is mostly just speculation and allegation that they made no attempt (because they can't) to substantiate at any legnth whatsoever. So, you can maybe imagine my disappointment, considering my family spent twenty-six thousand and I have barely seen my children or my partner since sentencing because of the involvement of social services. Oh, and not to mention the fact that I now find myself in a hostel. Brilliant.

Make no mistake, I will be doing something about all of this. You have underestimated me enormously, Richard.

I called to explain my situation and spoke to Richard who at first seemed like he wanted to help and had an idea of a plan. I asked him to send me an email of prices so I could go over it with my partner. He said he would but after a couple of days when It did not appear I recalled. Once again he said he would send it and even checked my email. Days later and still no email so I called and a lady took a message for me. This just kept happening with no call back, no email and no reason as to why he said he would help, get my hopes up and then never return messages or send prices so that I could pay for his services. When people call solicitors it's because they're obviously going through something awful so for someone who offered help then never gets back in touch it's really not right or professional especially as people need a solicitor they can trust to help with thier case let alone an email or phone call back.
