RhinoShield support was excellent. My SolidSuit case issue wasn’t covered under warranty due to normal wear, but they still offered a one-time replacement as a goodwill gesture—I just had to cover shipping.
This kind of solution is exactly what builds trust: clear communication, fair terms, and a genuine effort to help even when they don’t strictly have to. The instructions were straightforward, the process was easy, and the overall experience felt professional and customer-focused.

Fast Cancellation!
I had ordered the case as a gift for the wrong color Iphone and it was “your own design” phone case; so no return policy on those IF it’s already being processed. I contacted the team 5 minutes after I placed the order and got my cancellation given a day after. Very fast and easy process. My money got back in my account fairly quick and I placed a new order with the correct case color!
