• Shipping label was created 3/5 = “Part of fulfillment preparation” = Can NOT cancel order in a timely manner??? "March 5 - Order placed and shipping label created as part of fulfillment preparation”
• Warehouse processing and prepared for shipment = “Part of fulfillment preparation” = Can NOT cancel order the next day in 24 hours??? “March 6 – Order moved to warehouse processing and prepared for shipment (In this stage the courier has already handle the parcel)”
• USPS involvement? Contacted USPS March 11 after creating an account with them to ask status - They confirmed they did not received my order yet??? Per Luna of RHINOSHIELD: "By the time the ticket was reviewed, the package had already been dispatched and was no longer within our system"

Thankfully with Google AI: Since the package status has does not change for more than 3–5 days (or 7+ days during busy seasons), it is advisable to contact the seller to confirm it was dropped off

Since there is no telephone number to contact and follow-through, I open another ticket asking for the real status -- At this time, I lost all respect for this company and advise others to be aware when placing an other (i.e. It will be a challenge to cancel and/or communicate with customer service)

First, thank you for outlining your timeline so meticulously. We completely understand your frustration. Looking at the tracking and seeing that USPS hasn’t scanned the package, while simultaneously being told by our team that we cannot cancel the order, feels contradictory. We want to step away from our standard policy responses and explain exactly what happened on the warehouse floor so you have the full picture.

Here is why your order could not be stopped, despite USPS not showing a physical receipt:

Palletization and Fulfillment Speed: When your label was created on March 5, and the order moved to processing on March 6, your specific package was picked, packed, and placed inside a large, sealed freight container alongside thousands of other outgoing orders.

The Point of No Return: Once a package is loaded into these bulk containers and queued on our loading dock for USPS, we physically cannot locate and extract a single parcel without unpacking entire pallets and halting the daily shipments for all other customers. We assure you this is not a "money grab" tactic to prevent cancellations, but a strict limitation of large-scale logistics.

The USPS Scanning Gap: When USPS picks up these bulk containers, they do not scan individual packages at our dock. They scan a master manifest. Your individual tracking number will not show an "Acceptance" scan until it reaches a regional USPS sorting hub and is physically unpacked from that larger container. This is why USPS phone representatives told you they didn't have it. Their individual tracking system hadn't updated yet, even though the physical item had left our control.

We understand that it has been a challenge for you with the cancellation, and if you no longer wish to have the order, you could return the order for a refund.

Feedback on Delayed Order and Additional Shipping Cost

The support was excellent, and I really appreciate how kind and accessible the team was. I’ve been buying from RhinoShield for a long time, and this is the first time that an order hasn’t arrived.

What was frustrating is that it took about two months after the order to reach a solution. I truly appreciate the help I received, but I had to pay $25 for shipping again, even though the original shipping method was the cheaper option with a delivery time of 15–30 days.

I understand that the shipping issue may not be RhinoShield’s fault, but it is still a bit annoying because it’s a brand I really like and trust. I just wanted to share this feedback since I’ve always had good experiences before.

Contacted customer support for warped case. On first reply got offered a new one for free. I just had to confirm the order in on click and now the replacement is on it's way
