Richard from Right First Time Financial Services helped us to renew our mortgage, at a time when mortgage rates were fluctuating constantly due to the 2022 financial crisis caused by Liz Truss and Kwasi Kwarteng. He was 100% professional and efficient, kept us constantly informed and had the patience to work with us for a prolonged time (6 months) to ensure we got the very best rate possible (and it worked).
