Purchased my mower on line else where, got no help with spares or accessories from the seller and was starting to get concerned as to maintaining the mower!! One quick phone call to these guys put my mind to rest!! Only wish I had gone direct to them for the initial purchase. Thank you will be a repeat customer in future

The part has not arrived for more than a week. Shipping price £ 9
Answer:
1., The price for £ 9 arrived on Tuesday 10th, it's 8 days. (Royal Post 48h- 2.5 pounds)
2., The company contacted me on 09 (I didn’t want to) to rate them on Truspilot
Then that was my opinion.
3., After their answer, I would rather just give it only one star.
4., I have not yet received an answer as to what cost £ 9 on delivery

Good morning, I have looked in to your order and can see that you placed the order on 03/08, at the time you left this review it was 4 working days later (09/08). I have paper work here showing that the part was dispatched, direct from the manufacturer on the day you ordered it (03/08). We would have hoped that you would have received it by Friday 6th but it looks like there may have been a delay with the courier, unfortunately that is out of our hands. You have made no contact with us other than this review so we can only presume that you have received the part now, hopefully later the same day you left the review or a day later (10/08) which will then still adhere to our terms as noted on our website: "Dispatch of spare parts and accessories is usually within 2 days of receipt of order and clearance of payment. Delivery can usually be expected within 5 working days." Please contact us directly and allow us to try to rectify any further problems. Many thanks.
