I searched for a part in several online sites, and ordered from this company as it was the only one which looked to have stock. It was only after they’d taken my money and I asked about delivery that I was told it wasn’t in stock, and the manufacturer had no idea when it would be.
To be fair they processed my refund request quickly, but their website was misleading.

Very poor service took a week before it was dispatched got charged 9.95 for postage which only cost 4.95 will not use again, not good enough.

I can see from your tracking number that your order was delivered within 5 working days., this adheres to our terms and conditions which were accepted when placing the order. We really wish that we could lower our postage costs but we are facing increasing carriage charges from manufacturers to get the spare parts delivered to us.

Two clicks on their website, and it was mine! It was inexpensive and it came 2 days later. It was as exactly as described, a great, genuine part and delivered super-fast. Outstanding. Have always supplied good equipment & advice
I first met Russell at Revill Mowers when we moved into a house with one and a half acres a few years ago, and I needed to completely overhaul my garden equipment. The various tools (mowers, strimmers, chainsaw etc) that Revills have recommended and sold to us since then have consistently done the job well and they have always been quick to provide advice and help. Great service, happy to recommend.
