For me the engineer was very careful and helpful, he also helped to rearranged everything back in its place, he explained himself well and was patience with friendly attitude.

Punctuality was paramount although the time slot made it difficult to be otherwise

Very courteous engineer and good service. Only issue being to get an appointment to get the appliance fixed was way too long.

He was very friendly and respectful of our time and space. He walked us through what he was doing every step of the way, gave us some great tips on how to manage the machine for its longevity. He replaced the broken part of the water valve and tested it all before leaving. Extremely happy with the level of care and customer service received. Please ensure he is given a personal thanks from management as care and service these days doesn’t get better than this!

Got a text the night before giving an estimate of what time the engineer would be attending.
I then got a call from the Engineer 20 minutes before he arrived.
Upon arrival he had all the details of what I had told them the issues were and he had brought the parts that he thought could be the cause of the problem.
30 minutes later, the problem part had been replaced and the oven was working again.
An excellent experience compared to other repairs ive had done in the past where they attend, re affirm the problem and then say they need to order the part and return at a laterr date.
