Dreadful website to record fault, but superb service after appointment made.
The website to record a warranty problem was a nightmare. Badly designed, routing around the pages in circles, & appalling input demands to add customer address (based on a foreign address layout I suspect). Thankfully redeemed by excellent service on the day, with good before and during call communication, establishing fault and rectifying quickly.

Very pleasant engineer arrived when…
Very pleasant engineer arrived when expected, giving a 15 minute advanced call to say he was on his way. He had not experienced the problem that I had with my microwave as it was a new part being used in the combi microwave oven. He did several tests and replaced a part which had signs of burning on this new component. An experience I would rather have not had when only using the appliance for only a couple of months but a good experience with the repair.

Seamless service from the outset
The service from the initial contact to the appointment on the day was seamless.
The engineer rang to let us know he was on his way, which in fact was earlier than our 3-hour slot.
The engineer listened and understood the issue and within approx 15 mins had identified the problem, replaced the part and got our washing machine working once more!!
