On returning the car they claimed to see a micro scratch on the door which was non existent. They said they would be charging for damage. When we disputed this they then pointed to a micro scratch on the upper rear bumper and said they would be charging €430 for this. They were intimidating and knew that we were under time pressure to catch our flight.
This company obviously make money by fraudulently charging for old marks that are barely visible to the eye. To add insult to injury when they dropped us to the airport, they left us a distance away when we could have been dropped at set down. Do not use this company at any cost as they are scammers!!Avoid!!!

Booked a car through RentalPremium. They found micro scratches on return of the car, and had to use two people from the company in order to get the right angle and shade to show the scratches, as they were so small and difficult to photograph.
They charged me 400€ for the "repair" and 50€ for the processing. I doubt they will repair the scratches. However, I do think they will charge other subsequent unsuspecting customers again for the same scratches!
Excessive cost for such fine marks! Spoilt my experience of car hire in Italy, again. Never had such problems in Spain, England or Ireland and have rented from cheap companies many many times. Italy is the worst for car hire! Make sure your backup insurance is in place (as mine was). I used Riverside Malta car hire excess insurance and they covered me in full. Well done Riverside!

Very disappointed. Avoid and use a reputable company.
We rented in Bari for a week in Puglia. Our car was reviewed with the attendant and all present minor damage was photographed by me on 3rd April 26. The attendant acknowledged the damage. I have a witness to this examination. I was asked to sign numerous screens that I could not confirm (nor see properly in the sun light) what was to be signed. We were told to clean the car before we returned it.
We returned it cleaner than when it was hired and I even hoovered out the space around the spare wheel. The car looked great. I also filled the tank that had only been 3/4 full when we collected the car. We had not taken out the hard sell insurance. We were told that if there was any damge we would be charged and could claim on our own insurance. On return in Bari we had to go to an undergound car park with a few hire car operations accepting cars. I was asked to park in a specif spot and the operative looked at my key fob and then my fuel gauge. He cheked my key fob and asked me to to hand my key in at an office. I gave the key to a lady in that office. She had a computer and she accepted the key and asked if the car had been fine. I told her about the cleaning and the tank being fuller than when collected. I thanked her. She and another operative then directed me to the shuttle bus. The company then took over 400 Euro from my bank card claiming a mark on the bumper was new. I sent them the time stamped images from collecting the car on 3rd April which clearly show the same mark and they at first said I would not be charged. But I was charged. Emails were not answered and when I phoned they always said they would call back. I then had an email saying one of my signed documents did not record the bumper damage. I have photographic time and location stamped evidence the mark was present when we collected the car.

The company attract customers in with a good value hire and then use terribly dishonest tactics to get more money.

They also claimed that teh carw was returned to teh wrong firm in the basement. This is either a lie or the comapanies are in on this type of scam. Why would operatives of one neighbouring firm take back the wrong car and accept the key?

I really dont understand how the people who do these jobs and run such scams can be comfortable with thier behaviour. How do they sleep at night?

Come già segnalato da altri utenti, questa compagnia truffaldina addebita graffi già esistenti sull'auto per compensare il costo basso del noleggio. La tariffa base infatti è molto bassa a fronte invece dell'assicurazione copertura danni molto alta. Se non viene sottoscritta, compensano addebitandovi i graffi. I graffi, alcuni strategici eseguiti dallo stesso noleggiatore, sono fatti in punti nascosti dell'auto e difficili da trovare anche con foto e video preventivi, come ad esempio sotto al bordo del paraurti, sotto al bordo delle minigonne laterali, nel sottoscocca, e via dicendo. Non esiste nessun servizio navetta. Come già segnalato, l'agenzia si trova lontano dall'aeroporto e, a turno, i ragazzi che ci lavorano vi verranno a prendere facendovi aspettare anche oltre un'ora. Le recensioni positive probabilmente sono false ed inserite dagli stessi ragazzi che ci lavorano. Il sottoscritto ha presentato denuncia all' AGCM contro questa agenzia sperando vengano presi provvedimenti.

State attenti! fanno overbooking e se appena avete qualche problema con patente o carta, non vi danno l'auto,nemmeno cambiando intestatario! Fanno apposta così guadagnano sul noleggio,ma non vi danno l'auto. e cimunque le auto che danno te le danno: quasi in riserva, senza liquido lavavetri, con gomme sgonfie, sedili bucati e ti dicono che devi restituirla PULITA!!! penali su penali se non è come dicono loro! assurdo

Le prix affiché en ligne est un piège. On vous annonce une location à 20 €, mais une fois sur place les frais sortent de partout : nettoyage, assurance, carburant, assistance… et la facture grimpe très vite.

La voiture n’est même pas à l’aéroport : il faut attendre longtemps un chauffeur, puis encore attendre 45 minutes à plus d’une heure dans une petite agence perdue. Organisation catastrophique.

Et si vous voulez rendre la voiture en dehors d’environ 10h–17h, ils vous réclament presque 100-250€ de plus.

Au final : attente interminable, frais cachés et mauvaise surprise à la clé. Clairement une très mauvaise expérience. Passez votre chemin et choisissez un loueur sérieux.
Si vous réservez filmer la voiture lentement et partout (jante capot coffre…) rajouter des photos de près et loin de chaque zone et ne souscrivez à aucun supplément

Se potevo dare -5 stella l'avrei fatto. Prenotata auto per il giorno 25/03/26 ore 18 presso l'aeroporti Roma Fiumicino. Dalle 17,15 circa inizio a chiamare il numero come da indicazioni. Nessuna risposta, riprovo dopo un pò, niente, mando messaggi, lascio messaggio in segreteria, continuo a chiamare ma nulla di fatto. Avendo come tempo massimo per la cancellazione gratuita le ore 18, alle 17:55 decido di cancellare la prenotazione per non perdere i soldi. Alle 18:05/18:10 si fa vivo e mi scrive che era in riunione, evidentemente una scusa. Pessimo. Da evitare come la peste

Simply put this company is dishonest. I rented a car in Rome Fiumicino, after quite a long wait I was finally picked up by a private car unlike what normally happens that it would usually be a company van. I was then taken to an isolated, gloomy and dark office where a young girl who seemed quite inexperienced went through the normal routine, offered me their insurance, which I declined as I had mine already. I checked the car and noticed a serious damage at the front which wasn't signed on the check out form and of which apparently they weren't strangely aware despite being quite severe. The whole staff was unprofessional, they had clearly opened the office for me and was eager to leave as soon as possible, constantly putting pressure on me. The car rental period went ok but when I returned the car the same guy who had picked me up at the airport went immediately to check near the rear tyre where he pointed at a small scratch on the body in a spot quite difficult to see: he clearly knew of the pre existing damage and I later discovered, based on other online reviews, that other customers had had the same issue and on the same spot:a well established fraud apparently. And not just that: a few days later I realised that 250 Euros were taken from the deposit. After several attempts of contacting the company to have an explanation of the fee, without anyone answering my calls and my emails as if they had disappeared, I managed only through DoyouItaly to get a breakdown of the invoice and I realised that I had also been charged 35 Euros for extra cleaning! Apart from the normal dirt that can accumulate on the car body after 10 days of driving, the car inside was almost immaculate, so there was no reason for the above charge. I tried to get explanations but nobody answered not even to my certified emails (pec). This company is there to take dishonestly extra money from clients and it must be avoided at all costs and I am very surprised that DoYouItaly still works with it.

In poche parole, questa compagnia è disonesta. Ho noleggiato un'auto a Roma Fiumicino e, dopo una lunga attesa, sono finalmente venuti a prendermi con un'auto privata, a differenza di quanto accade di solito, dove di solito viene utilizzato un furgone aziendale. Sono stato poi portato in un ufficio isolato, tetro e buio, dove una ragazza che sembrava piuttosto inesperta ha svolto la solita procedura, offrendomi la loro assicurazione, che ho rifiutato perché avevo già la mia. Ho controllato l'auto e ho notato un grave danno alla parte anteriore, che non era stato segnalato sul modulo di ritiro e di cui, stranamente, non erano a conoscenza nonostante fosse piuttosto grave. Tutto il personale si è dimostrato poco professionale, avevano chiaramente aperto l'ufficio solo per me ed erano ansiosi di andarsene il prima possibile, mettendomi costantemente sotto pressione. Il periodo di noleggio dell'auto è andato bene, ma al momento della restituzione la stessa persona che mi aveva prelevato all'aeroporto si è subito diretta verso lo pneumatico posteriore, indicando un piccolo graffio sulla carrozzeria in un punto piuttosto difficile da vedere: evidentemente era a conoscenza del danno preesistente e in seguito ho scoperto, leggendo altre recensioni online, che ad altri ignari clienti era stato contestato lo stesso danno, nello stesso punto: una truffa ben consolidata, a quanto pare. E non solo: qualche giorno dopo mi sono accorto che mi erano stati trattenuti 250 euro dalla cauzione. Dopo diversi tentativi di contattare la compagnia per avere spiegazioni sull'addebito, senza che nessuno rispondesse alle mie chiamate e alle mie email, come se fossero spariti, sono riuscito solo tramite DoyouItaly a ottenere un dettaglio della fattura e ho scoperto che mi erano stati addebitati anche 35 euro per una pulizia extra! A parte la normale sporcizia che può accumularsi sulla carrozzeria dopo 10 giorni di guida, l'interno dell'auto era quasi immacolato, quindi non c'era motivo per l'addebito di cui sopra. Ho cercato di ottenere spiegazioni ma nessuno ha risposto, nemmeno alle mie email certificate (pec). Questa azienda esiste per estorcere denaro extra in modo disonesto ai clienti e deve essere evitata a tutti i costi; sono molto sorpreso che DoYouItaly continui a collaborare con essa.

Noleggio un autovettura ed al mio rientro mi tassano con un minimo di 30€ per la pulizia dell’abitacolo, ritenuto sporco….considerazione personale: noleggio autovetture da 4 anni e sono sempre molto attento all’uso considerandole come se fossero mie, quindi questo atteggiamento mi ha infastidito molto considerandolo ingiustificabile. Ho foto che testimoniano quanto detto. Spero non voglia essere una “tassa”

Mi è stato contestato un danno all’ auto che c’era già e non si vedeva al mio arrivo, il ragazzo mi ha detto di firmare il danno che tanto pagava l’assicurazione, 400 euro per un graffietto che non si vede neanche se ti avvicini molto, ho rifiutato di firmare e ha provato comunque a farmi rifirmare dicendomi che aveva messo nessun incidente con altri conducenti, ma comunque se avessi firmato avrei accettato che il danno non c’era prima del mio arrivo, nonostante non abbia firmato mi hanno comunque tolto 440 euro, ora capisco perché fanno pagare le macchine 5 euro per un giorno.

Don't rent a car, they will cheat you. They brought the car uncleaned, we paid full insurance and they deducted the money for cleaning again. Car rental for a day and a half cost about 300 euros

Rented a car at Naples Airport in November 25. I had rented 3 times before 2 times in Bari 1 other time in Naples. On all occasions. They found a a small scratch. Only I had photo proof it was there at start of rental. They would have charged me. In the November rental. When car was returned. He walked around the car at the very last moment got down on his knees. And point out a small scratch on the under side of the front Bumper. He knew what he was looking for. I had a photo which he said was not very clear. Had to go for my Fight he charged 850 euro of my Credit card. I am at present making a case to take them to Small claims court in Italy. I have insurance that will cover my loss. Which he said sure your insurance will cover it what's the problem. The problem is this practice is wide spread. And is fraud. Why is the Italian state are Tourist board doing nothing about it. You have been warned taking photos is no longer any protection against this fraud.

Tin pot company run by chancers. First tried to sell me an insurance policy even though i already had their full cover. Started out fine, drove about 50 miles then got a warning in the car that a headlight was not working. Rental Premium office said to "just ignore it, it'll probably be ok". Upon returning the car, the whole operation had disappeared. Nobody at the desk and nobody at the other desks knew what was going on. Then got a bill a few weeks later apparently for fuel, even though the tank was full (i have photo evidence). Avoid.

Prenotato una macchina da giugno, arrivo il giorno di ritirata (27/12) mi dicono che non c'è la categoria che ho pagato, quindi era obbligatorio un downgrade, senza avviso, senza email, tutto sul momento.

Viaggio in montagna con famiglia e valigie impossibile da fare, visto che il downgrade è passato da una 3008 o simile che doveva essere piena ad una t-roc manuale dove entra solo la valigia di 1 persona.

Mi avevano detto di tornare dopo 2 giorni per cambiare di macchina per la mia categoria, chiamo oggi ( il 29/12) e mi dicono che non ci sono piu macchine disponibili.

Zero organizzazione oppure zero volontà, non so cosa è peggio.

Prenotato la macchina ad inizio novembre mi trovo all’aeroporto il 24/12 li contatto per informare che sono arrivata e mi dicono che non mi consegnano la macchina, nonostante abbia già saldato tutto.

Devo trovare da sola un’altra soluzione, tra l’altro a 600€ essendo un noleggio last minute, la vigilia di Natale !

Mi lamento con il broker DoYouItaly con due telefonate in Spagna per sentirmi dire che per concedermi il rimborso della differenza tra il rental originale di 127 euro e quello di fortuna di 600€ deve confrontarsi con Rental Premium che tuttavia non risponde a nessuno…….ma che mondo è, che razza di professionalità tra tutti ? Ormai comprare un noleggio on line è diventato una jungla, nessuna regola, tutto a casaccio… che schifo. Non fidatevi, sono dei truffatori senza scrupoli !
Aggiornamento: passati 2 mesi DoyouItaly, il broker continua a rispondere ai miei solleciti che deve ancora avere una risposta da Rental Premium prima di decidere eventuali rimborsi
Mando 1 mail a settimana chiedendo lumi e continuano a rispondere che stanno aspettando anche loro. Basterebbe forse trattenere dalle loro fées la somma che dovrebbe essermi riconosciuta ma ovviamente è meglio prendere in giro il cliente finale. Che banda di ladri !!!!

Oggi 26/12 ore 13:20 sono in aeroporto, tra 20 minuti aprono il gate per i nostri tanto attesi 10 GG di vacanza. Ci arriva una telefonata da Rental Premium di Brindisi che ci informa che a causa di un disguido, non ci possono consegnare la macchina noleggiata 3 mesi fa
Alla richiesta di aiuto per trovare una soluzione, l'unica cosa che ci dice è che possiamo chiedere il rimborso!
Assurdo, in due minuti vacanza rovinata!
Noi ci stiamo sbattendo per trovarne un'altra a noleggio a pochi minuti dalla partenza
