Car was in perfect shape, I even got auto transmission as a bonus. No fuss at drop-off (I had the insurance), it all took like 2 minutes. And cheapest I found in Bulgaria with the option of drop-off in different city (Sofia -> Varna).

I got a next class car. Thanks for that. The technical condition of the car was ordinary. The tank was 60% full, it was difficult to fill it by 70 % again. The stuff was very helpful and friendly.

Hat alles super geklappt. Immer wieder gerne. Auch trotz der derzeitigen Umstände am Flughafen in Sofia, 1A Service von AutoJet. Wurde vorab informiert, dass das Ankunftsterminal gesperrt ist. Ein Mitarbeiter holte den Schlüssel und die Fahrzeugpapiere dann ab. Besser geht es nicht. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereits Personal. Fahrzeug ohne Beanstandungen, sauber und gepflegt. Ich brauche nicht immer das neueste Modell. Fahren muss das Auto und sonst nix.

I am extremely unhappy with the service. Although I paid full insurance and car should have vignette for roads. It didn't have. They informed me that they will refund for fine I had to pay,they didn't. And it was in January.

Condition of the car was rather far from perfect - engine sounded so that I was not sure that I reach my designation, wind through door sealing and noise from suspension also didn't add a comfort.
Also I lost half an hour while the manager founded the second baby seat I had ordered.
There was no information in reservation that manager will wait for me at the terminal of arrival so when I reached the office and found it closed I was a bit confused.

We rented Dacia Lodgy from 9.06-16.06 (I will not be a resident EU). Upon returning the car, we filled up a full tank (gas and gasoline). But due to a fuel level sensor error. I received a message from the company AutoJet:
"Upon check of the vehicle we have marked that the car is not full tank as we have received it. Please be informed that we shall complete your authorisation with 55BGN for fuel charge".
Then I explained the situation, the company admitted a mistake.
As a result, the company did not return the money to me.
Citing various reasons, we are waiting for a response from the bank, then we can’t return it to your card, provide us with another card.
There is a slow communication, a long delay in the answers to my email (last message from Eleanora- 9 Dec 2019, 3 months have passed).
To simplify the return of money - I offered to recharge my phone number TravelSIM (EU mobile), easy variant.
AutoJet did not respond. The company does not want to return money and does't respect client.

Nice big car, exactly as promised in good condition. Helpful staff, friendly.
