Alles bestens, sehr gerne wieder!!
Neues und sauberes Auto, nettes Personal, auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten problemlos das Auto auf den zugewiesenen Parkplatz abgestellt, Schlüssel und Pappiere in den dafür vorgesehenen Kasten geschmissen und bei der Ankunft zuhause war die Anzahlung auf der Karte wieder frei!!

Като за първи път с тази компания, беше на ниво. Колата не беше стара, беше оборудвана в добро състояние и най вече което ни дразни нас клиентите, нямаше търсене под лупа на някоя драскотина при издаването . Е подкрепям компанията, че трябва и сме длъжни да пазим автомобила като свои, но все пак има някакво износване овехтяване и не е редно клиентите да плащат за това. Бих предпочел на познати и бих повторил услугата им. Успех ви желая

Started a bit disappointed as I landed at terminal 2 at Sofia Airport and the car was located at terminal 1. Nobody mentioned about that. When I chose the company the main reason was that the car will be at the terminal when we arrive but does not say which terminal. This is a bit unclear and misleading when you chose the company for rentals. So we have to take a shuttle bus from terminal 2 to terminal 1 with all suitcases which was very inconvenient. Apart of that the service was great. Staff very friendly and explained everything. All paperwork have been done for less than 10 min. The other point is that I was not able to inspect the car before I took it because it was raining badly. The car itself was very nice . New car and well looked after. Drives very smooth with no problems and very economical as well. I was very pleasantly surprised by the car and her performance on the road. I returned the car a day before my dead line and again was very easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was the same gentleman who basically handed the keys to me on day one. He said to me that the deposit will be unblocked within 24 hrs. The problems is I cannot check if it is unblocked or not. There is no way I can check that.

The staff was very helpful and arranged exactly the car we needed for our group!!

Добро обслужване, страхотна кола на хубава цена. Направих малка щета на бронята на автомобила но auto jet ми направиха компромис, одържаха ми по малко пари от депозита за което много им благодаря.

I am happy that I chose auto jet to rent a car, it’s a good service, friendly staff and they know how to work with customers. The car was safe and clean, I was happy to use it.
Next time I will be happy to choose auto jet again, I recommend this company to someone who is looking to rent a car.

Very reliable service. I received a call from Autojet with all helpful information I did need to know before I arrive at Sofia Airport. I didn't have any issues with the car. Everything went very smooth. Drop off again very smoothly 👌.

Not a real business.

I payed for the car rental 9 days before I was due to fly, then it was cancelled 2 days before I was due to fly.

The suggested fix was that I pay double for a different car.

I am now in a position where I have to rent with another company for much more.

They were falling back on the fact that my booking had not yet been "Confirmed". So they kept my money for 5 days, without confirming or cancelling the booking.

This company is dishonest, has bad practices,
and shouldn't be relied upon.
