Reasonable price, good and clean car, everything was good.

Parfait rapport qualité/prix. Ils restent à votre écoute et m'ont permis de vivre un bon moment dans ce beau pays qui est la Bulgaria.

Es algo difícil de encontrar, pero quizás... es una cuestión de las señales... Podrían estar en un Idioma Standart. El servicio excelente, agradable y completo... No puedo y creo que no tengo algo negativo que sea importante... Solo puedo recomendarlo...

The transaction was easy and headache free. The car was in great mechanical condition and was as described.

The office service at the terminal was very good (as usual).
The car was clean, driving ok.
The only thing is that the car was little old. Made over 100,000 kms.

Excellent service - wonderful, friendly and professional staff. I received individual attitude and they showed care for the client. I felt special. The car was pretty new and the price was good for this period. Didn't face any problems during my reservation. We had a terrible experience with Autojet during our recent trip to Bulgaria.

Here are the reasons why we had a bad experience:

- Our car, which was already paid for in full 2 weeks beforehand, was not available when we arrived at the airport;

- We had to wait 1 hour and a half to be able to get the car;

- We were not the only ones having this issue, other people in the airport were already waiting for their cars for 1 hour or more as well;

- While the employee at the counter was polite, he first said it would take 20 minutes for the car to arrive, then 30 minutes after the initial 20, and that kept going until one hour and a half later;

- We had a schedule to keep and there was no customer service in terms of benefits or other options that could be taken to improve our experience (discounts were not possible, no other cars were available), employee said "we cannot do anything";

- Once the car arrived, it was completely dirty inside and outside (dirt, dust, feet stamps all over the car seats, etc)

- The car still had 2 baby chairs in the back seat and we had to wait, in the heat, for 15 minutes until they were removed;

- The car seemed poorly maintained: there were oil leaks in the oil fill cap in the engine, the air conditioning system didn't work properly and would only turn on after turning it on and off a couple of times and we had to be at higher speeds than 40 km per hour for it to get the air cold;

- There was a missing piece/cover on the right side of the car close to the mirror and that would generate wind sounds inside the cabin while on the highway;

- We were not given any instructions on how to return the vehicle, we sent 3 emails asking how the process should go, and only got a reply after we had already returned the car;

To this point, this has been our worst experience while renting a car and we won't recommend Autojet to other people despite the competitive price we got. The price difference doesn't compensate for the poor service, delays and vehicle quality.

Extremely disappointed! Accepted my rental request, then rejected it 24 hours before its start!

I made a reservation a week before my trip and I was told that it will be accepted or declined within one day, but nothing happened. Four days later I got an email saying "Confirmed car rental request". Then 24 hours before my trip, I get an email that I have been refunded. After talking to their employees it turned out that my reservation is rejected because they didn't have any available cars. I asked for any car, but they didn't have even one. I have booked hotels and events in different towns and now I don't have a car to go there and I have less than 24 hours to find another or my trip will not happen! And they didn't even apologize. This is terrible service and extremely unprofessional. Their prices are quite high, too.
