We have been using Refresh Cartridges for several years now and always find that their customer service is second to none. The cartridges are always good quality at a reasonable rate. We also receive very speedy delivery, which is essential if you become low on toner, especially if you are running a business. Our latest delivery was exceptionally quick, we ordered in the morning and received our order mid afternoon that same day; our offices are only in the next town, but even so that was such excellent service. We will continue to use Refresh Cartridges for all our Toner needs.

I ordered a set of toners for my Samsung CLP-415NW in July 2020. For basic text printing the result is variable but for photographs the colours are not representative of those on the screen or of those printed using the original toners.

Have used before. Great prices and delivery was surprisingly quick. Today I needed to ask a question about a product and got an answer in no time at all. Fantastic customer service, a big thumps up from me.

The Refresh HP 301 XL colour cartridge have poor colour contrast and are quite dark.
I don't know how they receive such good reviews as they are just cheap and nasty

There is a reason I will ONLY use refresh! Customer service - 2nd to non! I ordered the wrong charger, paid for local delivery, they delivered same day, I called them explained what I had done, they sent the correct one out and swapped it at my door. Legends! Saved my ass. Thank you.

Ordered 2 remanufactured cartridges which I received 3 working days after dispatch which is excellent considering current Covid-19 issues. There was an issue with the colour cartridge not working in my particular printer which I emailed about and received a reply the following day. I was sent a replacement cartridge immediately and received it 2 working days after dispatch. Cartridge which does not work can be sent back by FREEPOST address. Delighted with quality of both fully working cartridges. Will definitely purchase from Refresh Cartridges again and would recommend them.

I have ordered ink from several companies in the past and most this time either were out of stock or seemed expensive and then I came across refresh cartridges whilst searching the internet. Found exactly what I needed straight away with items in stock ready for immediate delivery at a good price. I ordered at 4:25 p.m and the ink came through my letterbox before lunchtime the following day..... fantastic!. Have put the cartridges into my printer and they work perfectly and produce brilliant photos and prints. I cant recommend this experience and company highly enough. Will recommend to anyone and everyone and will be my first and only port of call next time I need ink. Thanks very much refresh cartridges! :-)

I ordered a set of inks for a printer on the 15th April 2020 - and they never turned up, the guy had to Fed Ex another set and we finally received them on the 28 April, I won't be using them again
