Very disappointed first time to buy…

Very disappointed first time to buy with reem had to return item it cost €30 to return it with DHL an item that cost €55 to buy will not use reem again

50p shades of shame and disappointment 😎

The site itself isn’t that bad it pops up with occasional discounts but some do not work despite them offering them to you if you are looking for another style of jeans that are not painted on go somewhere else dragons Seem to be the go to style, but do not purchase the aspect sunglasses they may look nice but that’s it for the £25 pricetag they are such a disappointment and clearly cost 50p to make so plastic

Thanks for taking the time to just speak to us on the phone about this review. Just to clarify a few points below to you.

1. The discount codes we advertise on the site do work at the time of advertising but are only applicable to full price items and not sale items as the promotion states.
2. The majority of the jeans we do sell are slim fit which you said was the problem. This is what most people demand and buy so that's what we offer. We are sorry if you or your girlfriend do not like the fit.
3. The sunglasses purchased you said you like but your girlfriend does not. They are made from a metal frame and I believe you are referring to the plastic type lens they come with. These are actually far superior than a glass lens and they are polarised as well for added protection as discussed on the phone.

Anything you do not like you can always return. We see you have made numerous orders with us before so you know us well as a company. If you have any further issues please always feel free to call us.

My mistake causes REEMCLOTHING to have a bad review.

Had given Reem clothing a bad review, but I was completely wrong. They have phoned me, their representative "BEN" called me, explained the situation fully and to my complete satisfaction. In my defence I am disabled, a situation where I rely on others and I gat confused and annoyed. Thank you Reemclothing, I really love your products and the SERVICE. cheers

I ordered 4 items which came promptly

I ordered 4 items which came promptly. The one downside was one of these items was a t shirt which is not of very good quality. For example the badge on the front is not on straight, and the material is very thin. I will order again but will avoid this make in future.
