Great value for money, very comfortable. Quick delivery with 2 men who set the chair up at no extra charge. Very happy.

I wasn't pleased that the big cardboard box was left in the rain .when I complained was told it had to be left in case the chair had to go back . It wouldn't have been any good soaking wet and in my eighties it was a lot to break up . Under the understanding all would be taken. .

My mum is so happy with the chair. It has made her day to day living so much easier. Would definitely recommend this company.

So far the recliner is great just got it and it's doing the job it was purchased for. It's comfortable and relaxing

Good quality and has excellent functionality. The upright position is a little narrow for me so needs to be inclined for comfort.

Shocking customer service! Chair arrived damaged was told on delivery of replacement damaged chair would be taken away - it wasn’t so had to send new chair back with delivery team as no room in small living room for both. On calling to complain I was told my relative agreed she would dispose of the damaged chair herself -she is disabled so couldn’t possibly. My relative clearly meant she would dispose of her existing chair. On complaining I spoke to a an agent who said she would listen to the call. I called back for my relative to be told I now couldn’t discuss and Matthew needed to speak to my relative .I had already had a conversation and sent pictures of the damaged chair and they were fine to discuss with me on my first call. The guy I spoke took was patronising and clearly stated I didn’t understand GDPR!I asked to speak to a supervisor Lee who was also patronising said he had listened to the call about re delivery and the ball was in his court and we can pay £25 to send the new chair and take the damaged one away! Appalling! He also said if I am such a caring relative why wouldn’t I remove the chair to the tip!
I was shocked at his attitude being a so called manager and asked to speak to someone above him and was told there is no one and I wouldn’t call Tesco and ask to speak to the CEO would I?
After demanding to make a complaint I was given a directors name Miles who I emailed regarding the agents customer service skills.
I am a manager and would never speak to a client this way especially as the nature of the business means they make speak to vulnerable clients often.My elderly relative had just had major surgery and this incident was so upsetting for her.
I got no reply…
Buy elsewhere as when things go wrong they clearly don’t care. No apology but they will dismiss my issue as they eventually waived the delivery fee.
Clearly the reply from Lee does not address the appalling customer service and he himself gave me Miles email address to complain too and I also understand GDPR fully due to my senior position in banking.They must have broken their own rules by discussing the issues in depth with me when I first called to explain the chair was damaged.Many thanks

Brilliant company. Excellent advise and cheerful customer service. Phoned first, then ordered on line for ease of VAT relief form. Confirmed 2 man white gloves delivery following week. Then delivered politely and quickly. Beautiful light grey recliner. Very comfy. Very happy.
