Don’t waste your money. I ordered a jersey, almost $200 piece of garment. The item never arrived. UPS says that they delivered. No proof of delivery available- obviously because they did not deliver. The customer service is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The issue it is still unresolved.

Ordered the new kit on August 13th and was fine with the wait time at first. Once the order was shipped the tracking number provided was invalid and after constantly notifying the so called support team and them saying don’t worry the order is on its way. My order has been stated as lost and is under investigation which the support team have stated will last months. They have also stated that they cannot provide a refund until the investigation is complete. So disappointed with the support provided.

I ordered a RealMadrid kit on 8/15/23 and received confirmation. I paid for express shipping (2-3 business days) I never received processing or shipping info so I followed up by email after a week or so. No response beside an automatic computer email promising a representative would contact me as soon as they review my email. This has continued with any resolution or response from the team store.

Am 20.06. bestellte und bezahlte ich einen Trikotsatz. Heute ist der 21.08. und ich habe es noch nicht erhalten! Kundenservice = 0. Keiner gibt einem richtig Auskunft, laut Sendungsverfolgung hängt es in Frankreich. Über den Chat habe ich heute endlich erfahren, dass das Trikot nicht mehr ankommt. Wann das Geld kommt? Keine Ahnung, wenn alles abgewickelt ist! Richtig kompetent der Laden. NIE NIE NIE wieder.

I ordered I Jersey from Benzema. They delivered the wrong one. Moreover they said they couldn’t deliver the right one because he isn’t at the club anymore. So i required a refund. The already confirmed that they got my Jersey back but since 2 months I wait for my refund.
I am a big Real Madrid fan and a Madridista but unfortunately best club in the world has the worst online Fanshop

What a joke. $200 and close to 3weeks later I’ve heard nothing from them.
Several phone calls and folllow up emails have proved to be a waste of time as there replies are generic and don’t offer valid information or support.
I have now missed gifting my daughter her birthday present.

after buying a jersey for £100, to find out it is different from what the players are wearing. i am being told they won't refund as jersey has strong odour, a jersey I never wore and I returned in exactly the same condition.

Extremely poor customer service, cannot get to anyone on the phone. I paid for express shipping of 2-3 days, as I need this as a birthday gift for a child. The order has not shipped yet, and I was notified they need extra 4-9 business days to process the order before it even ships, but I cannot cancel it as their times are busy and cannot return it, since it is a personalized item. So I am stuck with a $160 jersey that I do not need.

I ordered a package almost a hundred days ago, and I still have not received it. This is unacceptable! I have tried to contact the seller and shipping company multiple times, but I have yet to receive a response or any resolution to my issue. It is frustrating to have paid for something and never receive it, and the lack of communication and customer service only adds to my disappointment. I would not recommend using this seller or shipping company if you want to actually receive your package. This experience has been a waste of time and money, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided.

i tried all week to get two seats together for REAL MADRID CF - REAL VALLADOLID, i even phoned the stadium and was told date of general release of tickets. i continually tried to get seats together but after three days i got through the process to have my credit card rejected, i tried another card - debit and credit card without success. i phoned the stadium again to be informed they don't accept payment outside of Spain. i had to purchase tickets from entrades.com the whole process was very frustrating and also left us wondering if our tickets would be legitimate as we only normally buy from official sites. Atletico Madrid was so much easier and took payment without issue and a much better experience

Order from Canada. The website sends me to the US site. I make the order. There is flat price for shipping, no options to select from. There is no mention of import fees, taxes, duties or anything else like that. Ordering from the US, I am confident the item is coming through the US. But no! It is shipped from Madrid via UPS. I am getting charged ridiculous taxes and fees and on top of that UPS charges a brokerage fee. Something I never agreed to, something that was not explained at all, there was no mention or estimate of those during the order process. Literally, this works like a scam.

Then I wrote to the Customer Service. All they did was to tell me sorry and nothing we can do. Well done!

Its a shame as I am a huge Madridista. I ordered a jacket and t shirt both 3xl from their Madrid Brand (not adidas). They ended up being more of an L or smaller XL size. I emailed requesting to echange them, but received an automated response enquiring if I had received my order. Terrible customer service and I will never order anything from them again.

Es una pena ya que soy madridista. Encargue una chaqueta y camiseta talla 3xl de la marca madridista (no adidas) (que realmente son talla L). Al no caberme lesc ontacte pidiendo si podria intercambiar las. Recibi un correo automatizado sobre si el pedido me habia llegado. Terrible servicio al consumidor, y nunca comprare de esta tienda otra vez.

I order a tracksuit on Dec 10, 2022 with extra payment for express delivery that the Web site boasted to deliver in 1-2 working days. It is Jan 11, 2023, and still it is not shipped. The customer service is the worst on the face of this planet too. Extremely uncooperative with very little to no responses at all.

Do not order this is the worst webpage I have ever used. Ordered a shirt for Christmas. It said 2-4 working days. Still haven’t received anything and do not get any reply from the customer support. So right now I do not have any shirt and my money is gone as well.
