Damaged my home during delivery
They broke the foot of the couch and then they damaged the door jam and wall of my house getting it through the door. Made excuses when they should have removed the feet to begin with, must have been in a hurry because we were originally promised 12 o clock and delivery didn’t show up until 2:30, a couple of minutes of removing the feet would have saved the couch foot and my wall and door jam damage.

I had my order in my shopping bag for a while. I’ve purchased my order online, but I was very glad that I was able to get the financing I needed and the rate was perfect. The furniture is a good quality and looks good. Also, I rate Raymour and Flanigan outlet for having the best customer service, the best financing, and the best quality of furniture this side of the East Coast.

Tyrek Jackson
Tyrek Jackson, the salesman was great. He greeted us, led us to the recliners and then let us browse and did not hover. He came back to check on us and was very knowledgeable when we asked questions. I appreciated that he didn’t pressure us to buy anything. Customer service is so important, and I felt Tyrek delivered it excellently.

Chat experience very helpful
Used chat and worked with Matthew and he was very helpful and patient in assisting me with my order. He was willing to place the order, however I didn't want to miss out on my Rakuten points. He figured out how to enable what he needed to do on his end to reflect the discounts and I was able to order from my end. Love Raymuor and Flannagan. They have the best furniture around by far!

Never received an order confirmation
Never received an order confirmation, had to call the help line. Was told I will receive a text when the piece is available for pickup. Still have not received a text 24 hours later. Was told I could pick up next day (10/22) at Service Center in York. Won't happen today.

Make sure the price/tag is correct
We fell in love with a dining room set, we were quoted a price, accepted it, applied for financing deal to find out the store had the wrong tag attached to the table. In my entire 35+ years of customer service, the way this was handled and how we were treated like the small discount they wanted to offer was a “deal” was a slap. Very rude how the team meant in the middle of the floor to discuss and then proceed to tell us coming down a few hundred was their best offer & on top of that, we had until 9-pm only to make our decision. A super unprofessional establishment.
