Was suppose to get next day delivery
Was suppose to get next day delivery. I received a text at 1:30pm saying they just realized they didn’t have the item at their location and can’t deliver for 3 more days. The reason I ordered from them was for the next day delivery. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. At least they could have called first thing in the morning, then I wouldn’t have waited at the house for them to show up. Bad first impression….

Quality furniture, fast service
There was a large selection of furniture to pick from. We were assisted by Leah who was so helpful in helping us find the right furniture to fit into our space. We are anxious to have it delivered. We bought on Friday and it will be delivered on Monday. That is super fast. I also like the fact that the warranty will be handled in house and not by a third party. Can't wait until Monday!

Was told that we would be notified by…
Was told that we would be notified by 7pm the night before delivery of our delivery time. I did receive a text stating that this would happen, but I did not receive a text stating the time. It was good that I got up at 6am and took out the old bed frame because I received a call at 7am stating that the delivery was to take place at 7:30am.

I needed to exchange something I’d ordered incorrectly.
I went to the store in York PA because I had made an error in an online order. The Customer Care representatives did a great job of understanding the issue, explaining the relevant policies and proposing a solution. The store manager (Mary) approved an exchange, which was facilitated by a salesman (Matt). When I walked into the store I was concerned about how much my error was going to cost in terms of both money and time; the outcome was beyond my most optimistic hopes. I really appreciate how understanding and fair-minded all of the R&F people were in this situation!

Finally had time to work on putting the…
Finally had time to work on putting the bed frame together today after waiting weeks for item to arrive at service center. There are welded parts of the bed that are broken. Parts of the frame have rust. One of the bed knobs is defective. I want my money back. Will be returning the item.

Non pushy sales representatives.
Our sales individual, Tyreik Jackson, made our experience very pleasurable. He provided the information and viewing that we needed, yet didn't hover over us. He gave us plenty of space and time for us to talk. Unfortunately, everything that we wanted wasn't in the styles that we were looking for, but we were able to purchase a beautiful bedroom set for our granddaughter!
