Amy in Yonkers was wonderful. Very attentive, and no pressure whatsoever. We've dealt with her before and we'll continue to deal with her again.

I went in to the store on Monday and spoke with one salesman who said he would be there all week as I planned to come back. Before I left he quoted me the price for the rocker recliner. When I went back Tuesday and asked for him, I was told he was not there that day. Alex took over and was very professional, assuring me that the commission would be shared. As it turned out the quote from the day before regarding the delivery cost was actually $30 more than the first salesman quoted me. Alex then spoke to his boss who was able to adjust the fee to a price even lower than was quoted the day before. Even buying the 5 year warranty came out less than the original quote which did not include that warranty. All in all a very pleasurable experience and I am looking forward to delivery this Friday,

Furniture was delivered on Sat 11/6/21, there was a missing part to the recliner, which I was told that it would be deliver the next day 11/7, never happened. Call Raymour n Flannigan, now I'm told it would be deliver on Wednesday, never happened. Now I'm told its going be deliver on 11/11/21.
Meanwhile the recliner does not work and the other recliner don't know if it works because I'm missing the electrical connection to it. Very disappointed.

We had a lovely time at your store. The salesman understood what we wanted, showed us in which direction to walk, and we found the perfect chairs.

I have been a loyal customer for years. I will never again purchase another piece of furniture from Raymour & Flanigan. In June 2021,I ordered custom dining room chairs. As of today, 9/10/2021, I have not received the chairs nor an explanation as to the status of these chairs. After ordering the chairs in June, I went back to R&F to purchase a matching bench from the same company and received the bench in about 2 weeks time. If a custom bench could arrive in 2 weeks time, the chairs should not be taking 4 months to arrive. In the 4 months I have been waiting on these chairs, all I got from R&F were generic emails stating that R&F was doing everything they can to get my special order items to me as quickly as possible. However, when I have called them numerous times, they could not even tell me the status of the chairs. Horrible customer service. I intend on calling R&F one more time and if they cannot tell me the status of these chairs, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Chester the sales rep at the Yonkers store was so kind, patient and helpful with the purchase of 2 mattresses and adjustable bases for my mother. She wasn’t sure what to order but Chester made sure the order was just right. Plus the delivery team was great too! We are very pleased with the purchase.
