Chester, our sales rep met us at the door, and helped my husband, who uses a walker, through the doors. He was knowledgeable and friendly, without being pushy. He was kind to my husband, and even found him a recliner while I shopped. A totally positive experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flannigan thanks to our sales representative, David, who was extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made shopping feel easy and enjoyable. The Yonkers showroom also had a large inventory with beautiful furniture, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Excellent customer service and such a great selection really stand out, and I would gladly recommend the Yonkers location to anyone in the tri-state area.

COMPANY IS A SCAM BUY A MATTRESS ARRANGE FOR THEM TO FREE DISPOSAL OF OLD ONE WHEN THEY COME WILL TELL YOU THERE IS A STAIN BOARD OF HEALTH WONT LET THEM TAKE IT SUPPOSED TO BAG IT AND TAKE IT DONT FALL FOR IT TELL THEM TO TAKE THE NEW ONE BACK AND REFUND YOUR MONEY THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF TAKING IT JUST SAID THEY WOULD BECAUSE WERE ARE YOU GOING TO GET RID OF IT BETTER OFF NOT DOING BUINESS WITH

Horrendous after purchase costumer service. Never answer the phone and when they do put you on hold and disconnect the call. Moreover you can only pay with checking and savings account when purchasing.

ZERO STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am absolutely outraged and deeply disappointed by the complete lack of follow-through. I was explicitly told that someone would reach out to me, and yet—nothing. No email, no call, no update. The silence is not only unprofessional, it’s insulting.

The blatant disregard for my time and concerns shows a shocking level of neglect from your customer service team. I’ve been a loyal, long-term customer, and to be dismissed and ignored like this is nothing short of appalling.

This is not how you treat customers—especially those who have supported your business for years. I expect an immediate explanation and resolution. Your failure to communicate is unacceptable, and I demand to be contacted without any further delay.

I keep getting the same message ‘sorry to hear…please reach out’ why bother if no one responds!!!!!
