We found exactly what we wanted!
My daughter and I were “ just looking”!until we found just what we wanted. The store was clean and had a great variety and our customer service person was friendly, helpful and unobtrusive!

Exceptional customer service!
I brought my 90 year old, wheelchair bound Mom in to buy a mattress. She had trouble getting up onto the mattress, so our sales rep, Omar, lifted her out of the chair and placed her onto the mattress. Talk about exceptional customer service! He went above and beyond. After Mom found the mattress she wanted, he completed the purchase at the front desk. Then he wheeled her out to my car. What a gentleman! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress (or any other furniture - they have a big selection). Thank you, Omar!

Outstanding customer service
Lynette and store mgr Sam at the west Springfield Ma outlet store went above and beyond to help me find the chair I was looking for. The way they treated me, if I was to rate on a scale of 1-10 it would be an 11!!! And for treating me with that kind of care and curiosity they will always be my go to store for my furniture needs. Wonderful staff and quality furnishings at this location!
The staff are friendly and comfortable to work with. Everyone we interacted with from being greeted on entering to paying and exiting were welcoming. Sandra Garcia helped us select furniture for multiple rooms, was able to answer a myriad of questions about construction, fabric and options of mattresses,tables, sofas, chairs. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the furniture, delivery,financing and did not push us toward any item but encouraged us to explore the possibilities. We enjoyed our time at this location and will be back to purchase more items soon! Thanks Sandra!

The young man, I think his name is Lopez, was very patient as I sat on chair after chair, slowly narrowing them down to two, and then making a decision. Then he did his paperwork, explaining that his supervisor would have to approve what he had done.
