Omar Cox was most helpful
Omar Cox was most helpful, very responsive to my needs, and efficient in showing what I was looking for. The delivery of the adjustable bed went efficiently. R&F does a great job keeping the customer updated on arrival time. This is the 3rd or 4th purchase from R&F. I don't hesitate to recommend the company and Mr. Cox to others.

The minute we walked in, Sandra made us feel welcomed. She is an amazing asset to the company. She is very knowledgeable and what we like most of all, she did not pressure us; instead she showed us what was available and made sure that we were able to make a decision that was our own. The showroom is beautiful. I wanted to buy more!!!!!

Omar is a gem; I was not a simple sale
My purchase was done over 2 visits a few weeks apart and Omar was phenomenal. He is the consummate professional and I was impressed how he remembered me and the details of my furniture search despite the extended delay.
He worked hard to both get the best price and accommodate my very unique item and delivery requirements. Even when there was an unexpected snafu at the payment counter, he was nothing but helpful and accommodating!
