I have a RAMP like4like warranty and a fault developed with the alarm, telephoned RAMP and Emily immediately emailed document explaining the process to make a claim. Gave details to main dealer garage and confirmed I was aware I would be charged for diagnostics if claim not accepted. Fault details sent to RAMP, claim accepted and repairs completed same day and costs met by RAMP.

Exceptional professional & caring service received from both Tymon & Chloe in the Warranty, Service & breakdown team at Ramp. Both went over and above to help me. My concerns were handled with empathy & understanding, which was gratefully appreciated. They explained the process clearly & kept me informed & updated with the progress of my claim. The Agent was very helpful, directing me to an appropriate Nissan Dealer (Glyn Hopkins) when I needed to book my car in for service and repair. 10/10 for efficiency. Let's hope the dealer is as efficient.

Called to today to make a alteration to my warranty, phone call was answered in less than 2 minutes, and my request was dealt with by Alena who was friendly and efficient.
Cant fault the customer service.

Have had a package with them for 3 years. Thinking my car was being serviced properly. They sub-contract to Halfords, who are told to do a list for the service. Might as well not bother! My car has been having a minimal service for 3 years! It’s not a full service! It’s not what Halfords deem as a full service. They don’t even check battery, brakes, tyres and battery! Can you believe a service that does not do basic checks? What RAMP call a full service is not a full service. Very minimal and more like an interim one. Halfords state that they do as they are told by RAMP. Not what they would do for a service. I’ve been paying thinking I’m getting my car serviced, but it has just been being topped up with fluids! It’s a scam. Don’t bother.

I rang and spoke to Emily for a new claim for my alloy. She was brilliant in a way to explaining the procedure. She also told me that I had breakdown cover that I was not aware of. The garage did not bother to tell me.

Really pleased with the service from RAMP (David). The repair to my Toyota Corolla door mirror was handled professionally and efficiently. There was a bit of back and forth, but that was clearly to make sure everything was done properly the first time. Communication was clear throughout, and I appreciated the effort taken to coordinate directly with the garage to ensure a smooth process. Overall, a very positive experience. My previous review was a good review because of the customer service guy but that is all that is good about this company.
For the past month I have been trying to repair my car as I have a EML on and it's because of the particle matter sensor on jaguar f pace.
They sent me to Halfords as they work with this garage, they done a diagnostic check on it and they confirmed the fault they didnt want to repair it as they don't deal with this car so I took my car to a VAT registered garage, they did the diagnostic again and sent them the repair quote and they are keep trying to get out of paying by saying it could be a different problem than what the 2 garages have said, then they turned around and want a live data from the garage as the diagnostic report from both garages are not enough. I have been withouth a car for a month now.
I wouldn't pay this company to have a warranty with them. I paid them for the last 2 year and the first time I try and benefit from it they are making life difficult for no reason.
My advice is look somewhere else, if the bill is not for £30 they will look and try to make sure there is no loophole to get away withouth paying. If you try and make a complaint you will be asked (What is your ground for the complaint ) and then be fobbed off by saying send a email. Again, the guys taking the bookings are vlexcelect, the tech team however a nightmare.
