I contacted Ramp this morning regarding dent in door

I contacted Ramp this morning regarding a repair to a dent that required work to my passenger door. By close of play same day I received notification approval and the Team would be in touch in 5 working days.
Good response and I am very happy.

I phon worst customer experience of my life ed and emailed this company…

I phoned and emailed this company regarding a very small send and scratch that someone had done to my car I found this company to be very unhelpful and did not want to carry out the work witch I paid for and said it was outside the terms and conditions I asked that what am I paying for no response from them basically took my money and told me to go do one. I would keep him believe miles away from this company

We're sorry to learn that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of your request.

Following correspondence with our Customer Care and Technical Repair teams, your concerns were fully reviewed and a detailed response was provided. As explained, the damage reported was assessed against the terms and conditions of the cosmetic maintenance plan and was found to fall outside the qualifying criteria for treatment under the agreement.

We appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for. However, our decision was based on the plan terms and the information supplied to us and we are required to apply those criteria consistently and fairly for all customers.

We remain happy to discuss the matter further through our formal complaints process should you wish to do so.

Really professional when dealing with claims and very quick to respond. Super satisfied and happy customer.

Big thanks to Jags for handling my claim and keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Really appreciated the communication and support.

The claims process is actually very simple, although I think some tyre centres could do with a bit more training on how it works.

RAMP has always been very helpful and…

RAMP has always been very helpful and supportive. This is not the first time they have provided the help we needed.

This time, it was Aleena that we spoke to and she was not only professional but also took the initiative to come up with a flexible solution.

Our car has been in the shop for the last three months, going into the month when we are supposed to get our annual service. We called RAMP and Aleena suggested marking on our file that our car is still in the shop and therefore we were unable to get it to the nearest Kwik Fit or Halfords, essentially allowing us to go beyond the grace period for the service.

We really appreciate your kindness and flexibility! Thank you again, Aleena!

Great Service …

I spoke to Jags regarding a wheel scuff repair. I would like to say that he was great to talk with and dealt with my enquiry without passing me forward (I missed the telephone prompt).
He guided me through the process and provided me with all the information I needed to proceed with my claim. Fully answering all of my questions.

Everything excluded

Terrible service. Problem with air suspension on car, garage diagnosed broken air bellow. After jumping through hoops to prove car had all the correct service history. Claim not paid as don’t cover airbags! This is not an airbag it’s the air suspension. No redress with FCA etc!

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the outcome of this claim.

Following a full review of the repairer’s diagnosis and the terms and conditions of the plan, the failed component was identified as the suspension air bellow/air bag assembly. Unfortunately, air bags are listed as an excluded item under Section 10 of the agreement, and for this reason we were unable to authorise the repair.
We appreciate that this was frustrating, particularly after providing the requested service history documentation, however this was requested as part of the standard validation process before any claim decision could be finalised.

We can also confirm that the Plan holder was provided with details of our complaints procedure should they wish for the matter to be formally reviewed further.
We always aim to assess claims fairly and in line with the terms of the policy, and we’re sorry that on this occasion the outcome did not meet expectations.

Quick claim process

As per their policy they can only provide claim on water pump but not timing belt but the parts cost was much cheaper to cover both than ordered individually. Looked silly but hey.
