Worst customer service ever! Received 6 solar flame torches, one never worked and wont replace because I contacted 2 days past 30
Day return, just wanted a replacement! They have a one year warranty!

SCAMMER! Sent me a piece of plastic and when I asked for a refund they wanted me to pay for a replacement. When I wrote back asking for my money, they no longer respond to my emails.

One star is actually too many. Customer service is slow (days to respond to each email). A new person responds to each new email, which means nothing is consistent. They don't read their emails - I requested a refund and they said they would send out new earbuds...that's not what I requested. Had a I known IOSHeadphones.com was affiliated with RAMA deals, I would not have ordered earbuds. I still, have about 15 emails over the course of the last month, have not received a satisfactory response. Ridiculous! Looks like I just ate the cost of the headphones.

I ordered 2 adapters in June 2018 and still haven’t received anything yet. They keep telling me that it’s being processed. This company is a SCAM

The company is a scam, took my money received used earbuds, took over a month to even get it!!!, trying now to get my money back, the worst company ever!!! WARNING TO EVERYONE NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FRIM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money and time with Rama Deals.
I ordered a knitting lamp on Dec. 1/18 and I am still waiting for the product. Three emails later and the company is only worried how their customer service was. Well it sucked! There is no customer service when there is no product.

Total scam have been dealing with these people never received my order keep on emailing them and they send the same canned message that it's on its way it's coming it's coming it never comes I've finally have gotten in touch with my credit card company to deal with them they are the biggest rip-off out there don't buy anything from them you'll be sorry

The worst on line company I have ever worked with,the product was weeks late and they have taken months to credit my account.

This company is a total con. I purchased wireless ear phones. They didn't work so I emailed the company several times saying I wanted the 'guaranteed' refund they had advertised as I wasn't happy with the product. The offered me a discount on other products they sell. I said I didn't want anything else other than my money back. Eventually they said to send them back and provided an address. They said to send proof of postage and I would receive my refund. I did this and guess what? No refund because my proof of postage isn't good enough evidence that I have returned the product. I am sick of emailing them. I just receive the same auto reply every time. After 4 months I've given up. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a 'Knitting Lamp' late November. They kept sending emails saying it was on it's way. I finally reached out to the VISA card company and once they started pursuing this company, I then received it, but it took 1 1/2 months to receive. Once VISA spoke to them, I believe I received it in just a couple days! They are crooks! I sent many emails, but i'm sure I never would have received it if VISA hadn't gotten involved.

This company is a scam ordered a USB key to transfer info from IPad to key in August 2018 and never received it all I get is an email response saying it’s on its way ... Do not I repeat do not order anything from this company it’s a scam... Big Zero.., these people should be arrested for scamming millions of dollars from buyers...

Wow totally deceptive company. I received the video capture device. I couldn’t get it to work with the instructions in the package so emailed company they sent me a You Tube instruction video...I then realized the instructions in the package as well as the You Tube video are for a desk top computer which typically has the port for the S VIDEO. The package shows a picture of a lap top so you would assume it works on a lap top but it doesn’t unless you buy an adapter! Of course can’t get money back. Not even sure how much an adapter is but seems like a waste of money at this point.
My fault should of read reviews before buying. UGH! Life’s full of lessons I just hate the ones that include my hard earned money!

It's really 0 stars. Scam!! They have emails that they keep sending saying the same thing for months. Will NOT send the item or give me a refund. Worst EVER

TOTALLY TAKEN FOR A SUCKER FROM RAMA DEALS. SAW THE ADD ON INSTAGRAM AND ME BEING A TAPE CASSETTE COLLECTOR WAS SO EXCITED TO BE ABLE TO TRANSFER MUSIC TO MY COMPUTER. I ORDERED THE TAPE CASSETTE CONVERTER, I GOT IT AND IT DIDN'T PLAY AT ALL. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME. THEY WANT ME TO SEND THEM A VIDEO OF THE DEFECT, THEY ALSO SAID I ONLY HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DAY I ORDERED IT TO REQUEST A REFUND WHICH I AM NOW PAST. DO NOT TRUST RAMA DEALS. TOTAL SCAM ARTIST. Worst company I have ever dealt with ,NEVER buy a thing from these people ,nothing but scam artists ,they will take your money and send you something that doesn’t work then when you try to get a replacement they keep asking for a tracking number , they need to be invertageted and put out of business !!!,

I would not even give this a 1 star. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered a pack of 4 trucks and received 1. E-mails were answered saying they were fixing the order. Never did. I wish there was something that could be done legally!!

Shocking quality. I was scammed via Instagram into thinking it was a good quality product. Arrived broken and remaining pieces broke within 24 hours. Don’t waste your money as I have.

This is the biggest scam of a company I have ever dealt with. They sell substandard products that do not work in Canada due to the outdated technology and I am still fighting with them to get instructions as to how to return the product for a refund. I continue to get the same copy & paste response time and time again about their policies but no answers to my questions.

DO NOT PURCHSE ANYTHING OFF OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!!!!!!

After fighting with them to get information about my order, with no response, I've reported the transaction to my Bank and claims that the company is fraudulent. My Bank is refunding the money that this company has stolen from me. I've notified the company. This company is nothing but a Scam.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I ordered earbuds in October and have emailed them several times. They keep giving me the same response that the package will be mailed in 4-6 days. Liars and thieves!
