Like the rest of these folks, I would give a zero if I could. They should be made accountable for their so called products. I ordered a Flash Drive(that doesn't work) months before Christmas as it was supposed to be a gift. It arrived after Christmas and I could not get it to work. My daughter tried and nothing! I sent them another email saying I wanted to return it and they responded that I had to take a video of me trying to get the Flash drive to work. I said no, I just want to return it. After 20 or so emails after that I gave up. This company is a rip off! Grrrr

Absolute scam...item never arrived, emails meet with a response saying they would check with shipping.
They have the audacity to keep sending me sale ads for the item I bought and never received!
A plague on their house!

Ordered goods not what I expected returned them to address on the package still waiting for refund.I keep sending emails and I keep getting the same email back requesting posting details which I have repeatedly sent.They do not read their emails and this has been going on since May 2017. They are a waste of space and should not be allowed to advertise on social media FB should not entertain them, as with all other companies that rip off genuine customers

I ordered a "magic toy truck" at the start of November with the idea that it would be a gift for Christmas. When it did not arrive weeks after the due date, I emailed to complain. In a catalogue of a dozen emails, all from different people in their "customer service" department, I was continually fobbed off with empty platitudes and nonsense. After I had had enough, the final straw was my threat to take legal action to get my money back plus expenses and compensation.

In a few days the toy then "magically" arrived in the post today, five months after the original order. Yes, FIVE months.

When it arrived in a jiffy bag, I opened it and the box it was in was crushed and broken. As the jiffy bag was fine, this was proof that the item had been posted in that state and had not been damaged in the post. There were no batteries in the package in the indentations they were supposed to be, and, when new batteries were inserted (more expense by me) the truck, surprise surprise, did not work.

I have just emailed this bunch of crooks with a photograph of the crushed box to complain yet again. I am refusing to send the item back at more cost only to have to wait for another five months for a replacement. Instead I have stated they should collect it by courier at a mutually convenient and arranged time, and I have demanded a refund plus expenses and compensation via PayPal. I have also threatened legal action should payment not be forthcoming by return, something I WILL pursue.

This company is a bunch of crooks. I strongly suggest you do not deal with them. If I had read the reviews before making an order, i would never have dealt with them myself.

these people are flat out thieves, I ordered 2 pair of their "electric heated gloves" had to wait for 2 months to get their bait and switch items that not only do not match anything that they advertised, but also didn't work and fell apart after only one motorcycle ride. they said "ship them back on my dime". lying thieves. somebody tell me why this rating site has a lowest rating of only one star. please add a ripoff button to warn others.

I brought a gps watch for my grandchild and it did not work they will not replace it or let me return it for my money.

SCAM SCAM SCAM ...terrible experience, sent me the wrong color twice.... and then they took money out of my credit card without my authorisation several times ..... I had to cancel my card to stop them......my banks fraud department are investigating. thieves and liars.

Terrible company. I ordered 4 power washers, I got 2. This is since June of 2018. I email them and I get no response. I use to get it is on its way or they are waiting for a new shipment. I am very unhappy. I asked for a phone number. They don't have one. I asked for a refund, they can't do that. Give me a date for delivery, they don't know. Soon. Yeah right!!!

It is SCAM! Their Translator doesn't work. I didnt get any refund or another translator even though I emailed them within 30 days.

First delivery didn't arrive due to a wrong shipping address (that's what they said).
Then I asked for a refund but they wouldn't let me and they said they would re-ship it. That was 2 months ago...

Have been waiting for my product since ...

june 2018 it is now February 2019. Sent correspondence at least 7 times . They did however respond stating that it is on its way and they apologize for the delay.
Completely at a loss at this point. Hate that they are getting away with this. I hate more that I did not read the reviews prior to purchase which is rare for me .

This company is horrible. I bought a solar fountain pump last year, & aside from it taking forever to get to me (gives new meaning to "slow boat from China") and after numerous and conflicting emails from various different people (& many days or weeks between responses) I got the royal run around. I was missing a part & was trying to get that replaced (total run around) & then I lost a part due to the pressure of spray flying the main stem into the pond... so it just dribbled (when there was sun). Again the royal run around promising to make it right... and then requiring videos of my fountain pump, which I did, and they claimed couldn't open it (sent many diff versions as well that should have been able to open). They promised a new part was on the way, & again royal run around when I asked where it was. I finally gave up after several months. I am going to order another one but will only do so thru an Amazon dealer. Everything I've ordered thru Words with Friends ads, have been a nightmare.

Not even worth the one star, bought ear buds for my granddaughter for Christmas they are faulty and after many emails they will not replace or refund. Don't ever buy anything from them, worst customer service ever. So disappointed 😔 lost my money and will have to buy another set.

We ordered the magic truck for Christmas and it arrived on time but it is not working properly. After TWO months of emails they are prolonging and they say that they can't refund it. As well they do not HAVE supply for replacement.
