Rakuren.com (USA) hasn't given me any issues so far – not even before the name change! And they've always given the correct cash back on time, which is great. I can't say anything about reaching out to them because I haven't needed to.

Wherever I referred a friend and they made a purchase RAKUTEN did not honor the bonus cash back offered.

They also often don't issue cashback on big purchases despite their advertisement. It becomes a hassle going back and forth emailing them until one of ypu gives up!

I love that when I buy items that qualify,on sale,that the item costs even less because I get that extra little bit back in a check from Rakuten.

Great quality swimsuits. The fit is great, beautiful fabrics, styles and patterns. Highly recommend this company.

Easy to use. Money is refunded in check form, no debit/credit cards that expire. Amount that you are told you will earn is correct.

I’ve used Rakuten for several years. They offer a wide variety of Brand Names and Stores I frequent regularly. It’s simple to use, and just a click to same store links you would go to directly. It’s a great way to get money back while shopping.

Rakuten is GREAT!!! I use it whenever possible.

Easy to use and lots of good discounts. Flexible cash back options, but it would be nice if payouts were on demand like other companies, rather than quarterly.

Rakuten is usually my go-to for money back, but their offer for % fluctuates so much all the time. That's something I wish didn't happen.

Dishonest policies and lack of follow-through on promotional offers through vendors (Scheels.com).

Participated in a Black Friday offering Scheels.com had with Rakuten for 15% off all purchases (excluding the typical items [e.g., gift cards, ammunition, firearms]).

Made a significant purchase, over $1800 to only be 'disqualified' on the promotional transaction after 3 months of jerking me around.

Shadey company with false offers. I even have a $100 bonus from them to try and offset the false promises and I don't even want it.

Highly recommend finding another place to spend your money!

This app helped me to receive some money.

I used their cash back for years and years, until finally, a year ago, they stopped posting my earned amounts. I contacting them about everything I earned staying in pending, and they gave me canned responses, and I never got any of the money I earned. They cheated me out the cash back I should have earned, or could I earned had I switched to another cash back program. It's not just me. Look around and you'll find that many people have been deprived of the cash back they rightfully earned in the same time period. They have stolen HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS from me. Disgusting.

Edit: I deleted my account, and yet I am still be spammed by almost daily emails. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT RAKUTEN WITHOUT AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT. THERE IS NO OPTION TO CONTACT AN EMAIL ADDRESS. THEY FORCE YOU TO MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT STILL RECEIVING EMAILS FROM AN ACCOUNT THEY CLAIM TO HAVE DELETED.

Voici mon 3 ième avis sur Rakuten. J'ai du faire appel a Joelle sur Rakutem a toutes mes commandes sur Temu car JAMAIS ils ne payent le plein montant du. Mes 2 dernières commandes c'est encore la meme chose et je commence a en avoir assez de me battre pour obtenir ce qui m'est du surtout que dans la pub de Rakuten c'est mentionné qu'on a qu'a enregistrer le logiciel et que tout va se faire seul. Mais j'ai du me battre pour chaque commande. Alors que est LE véritable problème???? Ils font des promotions a 12% mais quand vient le temps de payer ils réduisent les montants d'achat et la on doit faire la preuve de nos achats. Vraiment pas drole....et il n'y a qu'avec Temu que j'ai eu ces problèmes. Si vous avez eu la meme chose parlez-en...ca va peut-etre réveiller quelque chose.

I'm hooked on Rakuten! I do a lot of shopping, and it's nice to receive money back for all the shopping that I do!
