It has been over two weeks since my imaging.
I have been locked out of my account after logging in one time.
Chatbot is non existent. It does not matter what time you try to access it.
IT is also non responsive. It is almost impossible to get someone on the phone. After 14 days I was finally able to access a human being who confirmed I would receive an email from them to request my test results. What I received instead was an email with my User ID and Password-no luck, I still cannot log in and again am locked out.
I have to reschedule my doctor's appointment and find a new imaging center. My insurance company will not cover second testing.
This is the WORST experience I could have imagined. I cannot comprehend how such a poor technological system with zero customer service can exist.
