Absolutely fantastic service from Louis this morning. He has managed to save me over £1,700.00 on our annual policy. He was efficient and friendly to deal with and I am absolutely over the moon. This is in total contrast to the dealing I had last year

It took me weeks to cancel car insurance, no one answering phones, wrong email address on paperwork I was told, huge list of cancellation charges, they decided the date I cancelled and ignored all my previous attempts. I've ended
up owing them an amount which is impossible to pay because you
can't get through, if not paid in 7
days they put the charge up by
£60. Still ongoing.......

I would not recommend radius Insurance corrupt insurance company
Lying too much about every single thing
Ripping off Poor people
Once they find out that you don’t speak English then they will try everything on you

If you had accident, they will not cover you. They will make you to pay for even if is not your fault. You have to pay for your access. They will say we will pay you back. You will never see the money in your life. What the point of paying them for Insurance.
If you have to repair your own car
Even if it’s not you fault
Drive without Insurance but don’t buy from them waste of time waste of money and my point of view this company should be seize or someone should take a legal action against this company because it’s not fair on people the way they treat them there should be someone above them to teach them
That’s not legal the way they’re treating their clients there is a head office of insurance company. They should take legal action against this company. The stuff are sleeping in the office when you call them they’re half of sleep dude , I never experienced such a thing

Gill (Gillian Krywycz) was extremely helpful when she brokered an insurance for me at the very beginning of last month, April 2024. The simple fact that she was really keen on explaining the plus and minus of each option of the insurance, and not focused on the aspect of "do you have your card handy", made me feel very confident and finalised the insurance with her help.
Again many thanks Gill and soon will get in contact for another insurance for a different car.

We've been with Milestone for many years and they've always gone above and beyond to help and assist me with my taxi insurance. Especially this year Caroline was extremely helpful in sorting it all for me . customer service has been 5 star

WORNING this company is set out to rip-off customers by adding as many fees as possible. if you try to move your insurance change details or simply cancel they will force you to pay huge amounts of money. I have tried to get in touch with them for 4 consecutive days never answered or called back. I have managed to get a different phone from the claim department it was a different company, and this was the only way to reach them. I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY

I called Radius Insurance today & from the moment I spoke to the new sales advisor Sophie about an insurance quotation for my Private Hire Vehicle, Sophie was very clear, precise, professional & efficient. I called back later to accept the quotation as it was far better than my current insurance provider (8% cheaper) for a policy which is virtually identical. This process was super fast, despite the fact that I asked questions & Sophie gave very precise information about every aspect of the policy. I would recommend Radius Insurance to anyone who needs car insurance, especially Private Hire Insurance or Taxi Insurance.

I got a great quote for my renewal and that was followed up by a speedy and efficient service. I would highly recommend.

Having used Milestone Insurance for a number of years I would have said they were excellent, unfortunately, since being taken over by Radius the customer service has slipped, in particular when trying to contact by phone.
However, I was contacted by 'Jennifer Swan' about renewing my insurance who was amazing.
Clear, precise, informative and diligent, made renewing a dream. I have passed her details to a colleague of mine, who had a difficult time with Radius, in order to make thing easier next time.

Sold me taxi insurance , I sent all my details including claims. Sent me documents to then 7 days later say the broker is cancelling due to undisclosed claims. I have the email proof that these were sent. I've asked for all my money back and now seeking legal advice. Miss selling insurance and keeping people's money. AVOID!
