All went smoothly
Our delivery was early morning which was a bonus. The driver rang to advise he was outside, ensuring we were there before off loading.
He was very cheery and whizzed our radiator to the door. It was well wrapped and in a good condition. Good to see the touch up paint was separate so it didn't get squashed. When ordering I advised we have a difficult bend in our road and Tom, in your Portsmouth branch, said he would organise a small truck, which it was.
The thermostat, etc was dispatched separately. I received an email advising a time slot. It arrived bang on time and in a good condition.
No complaints.
All are waiting to be installed by my plumber soon.

Mixed thoughts about this. Radiator is very nice. However, delivery was a problem. The courier delivered it a day early, when no one was home, gave no notice of this and left a large radiator with two infirm neighbours. Far from ideal.
Raised the issue with company. They tried calling me back but I could not hear them. I might hear an apology sometime?

Disappointed by their delivery arrangement and for charging additional delivery cost.
I have ordered 2nos Minster radiators in metallic bronze finish, their quality seems fine and good. I will have to see if they will leak overtime. However I was very disappointed by the delivery arrangement. I was not contacted by the courier company until an hour before delivery, so it was only then that I can note to them that there is some restricted access to my property. The driver said he would call back after I told him, but then he never did until I called him back at the end of the day to find out if he will proceed with the delivery. I had to be off work for the day to wait for the delivery which didn't happen in the end. The next thing I received from the customer's services team was that I will be charged an additional £156 for the redelivery. At the time of placing the order, the team could have enquired if there are delivery access issues and made the appropriate arrangements. I had prevsiously ordered and there was no delivery issues with that order, so it was frustrating to have problems on this order.

Cool valves, collected for free.
I ordered a set of valves from here, a nice modern design in a colour that perfectly matched my radiator which was great. They are quite local to me in Portsmouth too, so I managed to collect from the store to save on postage which was a bonus!

Lovely radiators but disappointing delivery timescales
The delivery times were not great.
Last week, I received a text message asking me to select a delivery date by replying to the message. I did so and chose Tuesday 2nd. However, I received no further updates, so I called the office to confirm a delivery time. During that call, I was informed that the date I had selected had not been registered.
The delivery was rearranged to two days later and once again I had no communication so messaged again to ascertain a delivery time, to be told there had been a delay by DPD.

Great customer service
The radiator was delivered on time and looked excellent. Unfortunately, when the plumber arrived to install it, we discovered that the thread was faulty.
Despite this issue, I have given a 5-star review because the customer service was outstanding from the moment we reported the problem. Once the manufacturer had confirmed the fault, a replacement radiator was promptly sent out and the defective one was collected.
