TERRIBLE ‼️❗️‼️
The company cancelled my insurance and after 1 month, I am still waiting for my refund. I was told it will take 2 weeks. The live chat is absolutely useless, and nobody to pick up the phone calls I make daily, I wait for about an hour before giving up.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Very very disappointed. Please be aware ‼️❗️‼️

I genuinely couldn't be happier with Quote Detective!
The customer service is absolutely top tire, i through no fault of my own i got into a accident that wasn't my fault and quote detective took care of every little detail the staff were very understanding and companionate.
I am hoping to stay with them for my renewal.

Huw was the best
I honestly have to say that Huw was the only person who actually helped me and took my issue seriously. He was professional, helpful, and finally managed to get things moving when everyone else seemed completely uninterested.
Unfortunately, my overall experience with Quote Detective was far from impressive. I spent a month and a half trying to recover money that should have been returned to me, and during that time, getting any real help felt almost impossible.
It’s quite disappointing when you have to spend weeks chasing money that is rightfully yours and repeatedly trying to get someone to actually do their job.
So, a big thank you to Huw for being the one person who actually helped me. As for the rest of the experience… let’s just say I hope I never have to go through it again.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️++ for HUW

Good Morning, Firstly thank you so much for your review for Huw he will be thrilled to know he could help as will his manager. As for the rest of your experience we can only apologize you had to wait over the 30 days for the refund, we can see we were able to refund a portion back to your account but needed new account details for the rest. I have spoken to the relevant team to make sure they are checking this sooner so we can ask / chase for correct bank details sooner and not make customer wait. I can see the refund has already been refunded now and Huw has let you know this and hopefully you will see this in your account very soon. As stated the original refund was provided within the time frame and i can see you were then contacted later that day for the account details which you provided the next day. From what i can see the rest of the refund was then processed shortly after but we can understand this is far from ideal and not what we want any customers experiencing. Again i can only apologize and as stated i have raised this with the relevant department. If there is anything else we can do for you please feel free to contact us (you can by all means ask for Huw) and we will help in anyway we can.

I had a really positive experience speaking with Huw today. He was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to clearly explain everything and answer my questions.
What impressed me most was his communication and customer service. He genuinely listened, understood my situation, and made sure everything was clear before the end of the call.
