I didn’t give you 5 stars because there is one improvement you need to make. Others have pointed this out to you in the past ….as I read in one customer’s comment……EXTEND the bottom flaps on the cover! Really there aren’t any flaps on the covers…or the cover is too short for the frame! I am having one hell of a time keeping the chipmunks out!!! Other than this VERY IMPORTANT defect ,everything is great and I love the greenhouse! Please correct this defect, Thank you. This happened all summer …not on one date!

My greenhouse is everything to me! Quictent made my dream a reality! The size is wonderful (I'd love a larger size, but where would I put it?) Assembly was fast and easy and the tent is extremely sturdy. I added rebar in ground and strapped the frame to the rebar for extra support.Cinder blocks outside hold down the cover. That's all it took to make my outdoor growing dreams into a reality. Thanks so much! I will continue to suggest this to anyone looking for a way to grow outside, under cover.

I already did a review myself but I got a email from quictent asking me to do another so here it is. I have been a customer for about 5 years now and I have watched the company change over time too. If you live in a high wind area you are going to have to reinforce this greenhouse. The very first one I had I put it up and it was destroyed the very next day..that was years ago. But their customer service was outstanding and super helpful. I had a new one within a week and I knew that I was going to have to help this greenhouse have a chance. Living on the eastern plains the wind is not a joke out here. I built side walls to stop the wind from the north and south and was able to make the greenhouse last me 2 whole years which I'm good with considering the cost. Then they came out with a improved model and I bought that one, you can tell that the company listens to their customers because the new one had more support for the frame but they made the doors separate as in not a part of the cover which took away from the solididity that came with a cover that was one solid piece. Now I'm sure some people are going to tell me how theirs made it through this or that because of this or that. And I'm hoping they do and I hope they deal with 60bto 70 miles a hour wind maybe 4 times a month. Because that's what I deal with and it took me a couple times but I got someone to help me with the problem that came out of the door issue..long story short this company gives a care about what you think and how you think. They will go out of their way to get a good review from their customers. All in all I can not complain because I want a greenhouse and they offer the basics..if I want more I best be ready to pay more..so for now I'm good with paying a couple hundred every couple years until I can afford to make a walapini..which is my next goal..it will handle the wind and grow year round..that's my goal and quictent helped me until that point.

Good product, the tent is being used for camping
The zippers need to be heavy duty. My zipper on the big door broke. Also the walls that connect on the corners need more grommet holes to keep the sides together better
Other wise it's a great tent , it holds up really well in the stormy weather and wind. Im just disappointed that my zipper broke and the corners aren't closed more. Maybe more holes or velcro in your design.

Great tent for the price. Pretty easy to put together but will need another person after the canopy is on to lift it onto the standing posts. Worked really well for our party of 45 guests. Really nice to have the enclosures on all sides especially since it rained! Excellent value and would highly recommmed.

I bought a greenhouse a year ago and I live in N.C where the summers can get humid and hot. I'm very impressed by the craftsmanship and the materials of the greenhouse. It still looks brand new and holds up very well with the wind and sun.

After sending numerous emails and phone messages when inquiring about a product, as directed, no one returned my request. I called and left a message with a rude female who said she couldn't help me and someone from the back will return my call. Well, no one EVER did. I have bought numerous Quictent products in the past. I don't know if I will continue for I am now looking for a similar product that has good customer service somone who values customers. Sad..

The products are good and customer service is excellent and quick to respond to any questions.

This hoop house is great top last a couple years think I might get 3 year out of my current top nice place to grow some cannabis

My husband thought we should get chickens when egg prices went up. So we got some baby chicks and raised them til they were old enough to go outside. But I needed a coop. So he ordered and put together a small tractor coop. It worked but it was not so easy to move around especially in the heat. Plus we have no large trees so providing shade and weathering the raining season was no picnic. So he ordered me a dog run/coop from Quictent. Love it. He was going to try and make it moveable. But it would still take both of us to move it and my beautiful lawn was not so beautiful. So I decided to make it stationary so only part of my beautiful lawn was destroyed. But I like my Quictent so much I reached out because your new version had a one piece tarp that came down the sides aways instead of two separate ones that only came to the edge of the roof line. That solved two of the issues. Less rain gets in and it no longer leaks at the center seem. I hope to get another some day for my dogs. My husband rather dreaded he ever suggested getting chickens because he did know I’d become so obsessed. I’m still waiting on my large coop to be built. My husband had ordered everything needed to build what I wanted in a coop and he slowly started becoming unable to get it built. I lost him in February. But I am still tending to our chickens. We started with 4 (3 hens & 1 rooster). I let my two remaining hens hatch out some chicks. I got 2 more hens and 1 rooster that I know I don’t need and 4 weeks ago I got 1 more baby chick. I can only have 12. I’m over half way there. We will see how it continues to go before I’m to old to tend to them anymore. But I love, love, love my Quictent and I love my chickens. I will not, ever, purchase from this company again.
We purchased, after positive reference/advise, from the sales "professional" at Quictent (Pearl), two "carports". We were told the company guaranteed "the products quality and customer satisfaction 100%". As soon as we saw the "quality" (or lack thereof) of the materials we requested a return authorization and full refund. We were declined our request and simply told to "return the items at our own expense, and a return would be processed within 30 days". The product materials are substandard, thin and no where near any American made product standards. The items require additional support reinforcement to be even be stable. They guarantee "100% satisfaction" , not true. They will not return the items without the buyer paying for returns, even after you have informed them of the sub-standard quality of the items. After further research, even Amazon says many of their items have "significant return activity".
Shame on me I guess, but please DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM QUICTENT!!!! tHE ONLY REASON WE GAVE THEM ONE STAR IS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT OFFER ZERO STARS.

Our roof was had a hole in after one year of use. We were supposed to be getting a replacement. I had to pay $50 for the replacement. I did that. They said I would get it in 3-5 days. Then I got an email saying that they only had one replacement in their warehouse and it was damaged. One replacement?? I doubt that. On 4th of July I came home to my tent blown into my pool! Because of the hole in the roof, the wind picked it up and moved it! Each leg had 2 sand bags on it. 12 sand bags to hold it down. I had another tent from another company, not secured to the ground, it did not move!!

I was actually looking for parts. My canopy crops bar snapped and I was trying to replace it. I’ve purchased parts before, can’t figure out why I cant access parts

We purchased the 10’x20’ pop up canopy from Quictent via their Amazon page and it arrived damaged with a cracked metal pole making it impossible to set up. After a week of attempting to speak to someone at Quictent by calling and emailing them directly with contact information from their website, we received no response. We then followed up with Amazon customer service representatives who were able to get Quictent to respond. At that point, we were already forced to make other canopy arrangements and only wanted to return the Quictent product for a refund. We explained this clearly to the Quictent representative. We are now a week into active communications with Quictent - nearly three weeks after originally trying to contact them - and we still do not have a return label that they say they are generating and they won’t give us a refund without returning the product. Each new message from them comes with yet another offer of replacement parts that we do not want and continued delays in sending us the return shipping label. Avoid this company and their products at all costs. I’ve seen decent reviews, which is why I purchased from them in the first place, but I’m questioning their validity after my experience thus far.

The 20×30 tent is a nightmare to put together. We were trying to put it together from 10am-6pm with no success. Only to find out that the poles that are to be placed in the center, the holes were too small and it didn't fit (tent top). So disappointing because I was trying to use it for a party on tomorrow 5/30/2026. What need to rectify this inconvenience?

The website was easy to navigate, there were a couple of different items to choose from at a glance. I would recommend finding the shipping information, ie easier to find the shipping time details .
