I needed some advice about our boundary line and what we could and couldn’t do due to the covenants in our property’s deeds. Was asked NOT to be contacted, and then they charge you for asking "how are things going?" when you explicitly say "don't contact me", and then charges you if you have an account query, and then charges you again for looking into that account query! Shame, because the advice I got was good, their account management/policies leaves A LOT to be desired.
