Flat sales/purchases are never easy, due to the added complexities of leasehold & block management, and generally involve a compulsory nervous breakdown some point along the process!
Selling my flat was no exception, with the multitude of complex red tape and enquiries that came my way from the purchasers solicitors.
And this is why it was so great to have someone as calm, kind, experienced, and professional as Rachel on my side along the process.
Rachel worked effectively and efficiently, and got the sale over the line where others may have faulted.

Our experience with High Legal has been unforgettable, and not for the right reasons.
We chose HighLegal for to act on our behalf for conveyancing our house sale, but the experience was utterly abysmal.
From the beginning communications, all the forms held spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, incorrect names and quotations, which didn't give us much hope.
However, we expressed our concern and attached our return paperwork (correctly all of their issues), hoping it would highlight the issues and they would actively rectify moving forward. We waited on a response to update us on progress, or just generally on the form data, but it was silence.
We thought they may be busy responding to buyer solicitors and Estate Agents, so didn't want to pester too much, only to find out they never *ONCE" responded to any comms from our Estate Agent or Buyer nearly 1.5 months later....
We agreed enough was enough and removed High Legal from our case. It has put a painful delay in our sale and cause friction with the chain we are in due to their incompetence.
On the day of terminating their work with us, we had rang the office around 4 times, left 2 emails, to no avail. On sending the formal written termination email, they responded in record time asking us what our bank details were to refund the fees...
Very bizarre way to run a business.
If I were you, I wouldn't not use this firm for conveyancing, or for anything to be honest.

The solicitor was great - she explained matters very clearly and updated us continously through our application. Our matter was highly complex but they handled it very well and and efficiently.

They were attentive at first but as soon as they asked for a deposit payment, everything's gone silent.
It's now been over a month since I sent my last communication and I've still not had a reply which suggests they're expecting people to pay a deposit and then ignoring people.
I'd be very cautious with High Legal Solicitors as I'm concerned they could be tricking people into sending money.

Excellent and I received regular updates from my solicitor. Very clear and dealt with our commercial dispute brilliantly. Would use them again
