Deposito 400$, ricevo il bonus del 100% e faccio un solo trade, chiuso in profitto per 582$. Appena realizzo il guadagno, mi viene cancellato completamente e mi restituiscono solo il deposito.
Per me questo è inaccettabile. Quando perdi va tutto bene, ma quando guadagni improvvisamente i profitti spariscono. È il classico "se perdi sei il benvenuto, se vinci non ci piaci più".
Invito PU Prime a rispondere pubblicamente qui sotto e a spiegare perché avete eliminato i miei profitti, ottenuti con un unico trade regolarmente eseguito e chiuso. Qual è il motivo? Vi hanno forse spaventato le mie performance?

How could I be so gullible ?
Still trying to understand how I was sucked in
Pu prime in Uk does not exist- yet I was dealing with two individuals there .
I was made to deposit /transfer to PAAm acct - fist 12k from my profits and 30k to trading that I was made to transfer Immidiatly to PAAm (42k total) - I would call it Spamm acct - as you can not withdraw from there . This is a loophole for them to take the funds out and lie that the funds are there .
If you want to take any - they would ask you to deposit more then you want to take out . The PAAm manager is behaving like a Scammer that he is . The trade support or the customer service will politely tell you that it’s all at the discretion of a manager and will not help you .
They created a way for them to scam you and have an excuse.
STAY AWAY from Pu prime . Bad company.

My experience with PU Prime has been extremely disappointing. I experienced significant slippage on multiple trades, which had a negative impact on my results. On top of that, customer support was either unresponsive or failed to provide meaningful assistance when I needed help.
The most frustrating part came when I finally made a profitable trade. Instead of receiving my funds without issues, I felt that the broker was looking for different reasons to deny my profits. I received accusations of activities such as arbitrage and bonus abuse, but no clear evidence or fair explanation was provided to me. Yet, when I lost money, nobody questioned my trading activity or conducted any review.
In my opinion, it is also concerning that the company appears to have broad discretion to make final decisions about clients' accounts with little opportunity for appeal or further discussion. That raises questions for me about how customer protections and regulatory oversight work in practice. Traders should carefully review the broker's terms, regulatory status, and dispute procedures before depositing funds.
Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution and do extensive research before choosing this broker.

PU Prime Only Welcomes Losing Traders! (Unjustified Profit Cancellation
As a trader, I want to clarify that I am not an affiliate or a promoter. My only goal is to share my experience so others do not fall into the same trap. This broker claims to be regulated, but it operates like a "Ponzi Scheme": losing traders are welcomed, while profitable traders have their profits wiped out.
After my withdrawal request was denied and all my profits were canceled without any justification, I contacted their support. Here is the exact, word-for-word correspondence between us.
My Formal Complaint to PU Prime:
"To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this letter to express my strong condemnation of the unjustified action taken against my account, where my withdrawal request was denied, followed by the cancellation of all generated profits without any explanation or legal basis. I have sent two consecutive messages inquiring and requesting clarification, but you chose total silence—a behavior that represents a blatant disregard for clients' rights and the principles of transparency.
As a trader who deals with many reputable firms and prop firms, I have never encountered such a poor experience throughout my trading career. I believed I was dealing with an honest company, but this action reflects a management style reminiscent of a "Ponzi Scheme," where losing traders are welcomed, while the risk management team is activated to eliminate any trader who appears to be profitable in the long run. If there had been an objective discussion about the reasons, we would have listened, but you chose to flee forward through silence, which does not wave my right to know the motives behind this measure..."

"Thank you for contacting PU Prime. Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. Please do provide a screen recoridng of the process when making a withdrawal for us to be able to check further and make an escalation."
My Reply Clarifying It’s Not a Technical Issue:
"Dear PU Prime Support,
Thank you for your reply. However, please note that my issue is NOT a technical glitch in the withdrawal process that requires a screen recording. The issue is that my withdrawal was officially rejected, and subsequently, all my earned profits were completely wiped out and removed from my account balance without any prior warning or justification. I am attaching to this email the screenshots of my trading history and the balance adjustment showing that the profits were deleted by your risk management team. I demand a clear, official explanation for the removal of my profits, not technical troubleshooting for a withdrawal button."
After this, they chose absolute silence and complete disregard.
Conclusion:
* Even if regulated, they only want losing traders. If you win, your profits will be deleted under vague excuses.
* trustpilot’s warning about them is a sufficient reason for you to stay away
* Their deposit bonus is just a trap to lure you in.
I have all the screenshots and account statements to back up every word. Stay safe and avoid PU

I ask the public and any reasonable observer: **Where is the evidence here?** This is a generic, copy-pasted legal boilerplate template that lists every possible violation in existence simultaneously. You did not provide a single trade ticket number, a single timestamp, or any technical logs from my account (Account: 26399892) to substantiate these broad accusations. Canceling a trader’s profits based on a generic "and/or not limited to" list is the definition of an arbitrary and unfair practice.

Really bad experience
From the start:
my account 29424050 was blocked for 'Account activity review' since June 3rd. No human support, only automated emails. I cannot withdraw my funds or trade. I sent around 20 emails and only got bot to respond me.
I even called and WHEN they respond they just say something like “we cannot help you, sir send an email..”.
looking for immediate help. bad bad experience

Please note that under the Deposit Bonus Promotion Terms and Conditions, when a trading account containing bonus credit falls into a negative balance, the system will automatically restrict the opening of new trades. This restriction is applied in accordance with the promotion rules and is not unique to any individual account.
Clients have the option to restore trading functionality by either bringing the account balance back to a positive value through a deposit or by requesting a negative balance reset. However, where a negative balance reset is elected, both the negative balance and any remaining promotional credit will be removed as part of the reset process in accordance with the promotion terms. Once completed, the promotional credit cannot be reinstated.

Mon expérience avec PuPrime a été extrêmement décevante.
Après avoir réalisé des profits sur mon compte, une déduction présentée comme un « ajustement PnL en espèces » a été appliquée à mes fonds. J’ai contacté le service client à plusieurs reprises, y compris par téléphone, afin d’obtenir des explications claires, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse satisfaisante.
J’ai également constaté que je ne suis pas le seul client à signaler ce type de problème. Dans mon cas, j’ai eu le sentiment que les profits réalisés ont été remis en cause après coup, notamment après l’utilisation des bonus proposés.
Le manque de transparence, l’absence de communication efficace et les difficultés rencontrées pour faire valoir mes droits ont fortement affecté ma confiance envers ce courtier.
Je continuerai à entreprendre toutes les démarches possibles pour obtenir des explications et une résolution équitable de cette situation. Je recommande à toute personne intéressée par les brokers CFD de bien se renseigner et de lire attentivement les retours d’expérience des clients avant d’investir.
Mon avis personnel : expérience très négative.

Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience.
I experienced an issue with the execution of take-profit orders on XAUUSD and attempted to get clarification from support. During the conversation I received multiple different explanations, including conflicting information about the take-profit level that was set and whether spread was responsible for the orders not being executed.
What frustrated me most was not just the trade outcome, but the lack of a clear and consistent explanation. When I attempted to submit a formal complaint through the client portal, the ticket system returned an error and would not create the complaint.
I understand that losses are part of trading and I am not complaining about losing a trade. My concern is the handling of the execution query and the complaints process.
Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in the platform and will be moving to another broker.

This company scammed me a $134,000.00.
I do not suggest to anyone to deal with them as long as they are high level of scamming.
I started with some little money they convince me to deposit more so i did.
They withdraw 10k for makeing bealive that everything works and ask me to deposit again.
Everytime they asked for more and more until i asked to withdraw some money.
At that moment they started asking me to pay more to get my money.
I lost enough so i am writing this review not to fall a victim like me.

Warning about PU Prime PAMM(The Best…
Warning about PU Prime PAMM(The Best Scam Brooker)
My experience with PU Prime PAMM has been very negative. I deposited over $350,000 and suffered continuous losses while being encouraged to keep adding more funds.
Withdrawal requests showed as pending, and instead of being processed smoothly, I was contacted and pressured to keep money in the account due to “ongoing trades” and risk explanations.
Communication is informal and mainly through WhatsApp, and I feel there is a lack of transparency and proper investor protection.
Based on my experience, I strongly caution others to be extremely careful with PAMM accounts and stay away of this PONZI SCHEME.
