The best experience
Went in to get a new battery for my phone and to have my phone screen fixed - could not be happier with the service I got! Everything was done there and then and have not had any problems since. I will not be going anywhere else for my tech repairs in the future!

Went into the store to have a look at some pc parts over the weekend then got accused of stealing as i was leaving. they looked in the bag and found my reciept for the item i bought from another store! Won't be coming back again!

We believe you must be mistaken with the store you are reviewing. You say you were in over the weekend and were accused of stealing? First of all we do not open on bank holiday weekends to the general public. Secondly you also refer to multiple people apparently looking in your bag, which cannot be correct as we only have one person working in the store on regular weekends. We are disappointed to see you try and tarnish our name that we have worked so hard for. If this was a genuine experience we would be ashamed of ourselves however it is clearly not and this would never be tolerated. We stand first and foremost by our relationship with our customers and the community as we always have, so we would appreciate it if you could refrain from leaving any false reviews in the future. Thank you.

Great price, excellent communications, Luke was very helpful in altering the OS on a new laptop to Windows 10 prior to delivery at no extra cost.
