Could not recommend these guys more, the whole process was very seamless from transitioning from our old provider to them. We used to have connection issues with our mobile app with our old provider, since moving to APT the call quality is clear and the greeting message software is great too! James was terrific to deal with and Darren was awesome when he came in person to come and fit our new equipment.

We were looking for a efficient and easy to use phone system, which gave us control of our telephony systems. From the initial contact with Bailey to the meeting with James Purkiss and installation by Darren. The process has been seamless and considerably less painful than I imagined. Professional ,friendly and competitively priced without the catches. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team.

These guys are pro-active & helpful. We had an internet outage issue that turned out to be the BT line & not an issue caused by anything APT had done. Instead of getting "sorry not our problem" they worked quickly in redirecting calls and then liasing with BT & their engineers to get it sorted in a timely manner. I had the pleasure of dealing with Russell at APT Communications. If I could give more than 5* I would!! The whole experience was amazing within a week of our consultation we had our phone lines set up and the WIFI working. I have had previous dealings with 3 other companies over the last 5 years and Russell has made me feel more comfortable than I ever have. We recently had lewis from apt in to discuss our options after having problems with our old system. We met with many companies but lewis and the team were the most honest out all of them ,each question we had big or small was met with an honest answer with was great. After deciding to go with them we could not complain at all about the customer service,they were in contact every step of the way and the installation of the phones was seamless and carried out by a very experienced and nice chap. would highly recommend.
