Prompt pickup of hire car
After my Citroen came back from the repair shop I contacted Proximo to arrange collection of their Renault. After a few days Paul Edney came to collect. He did a thorough inspection of the car & we chatted about the little differences between the cars. Most amenable & knowledgeable chap

Very helpful in finding a specialist vehicle
Proximo found us a wheelchair accessible vehicle suitable for our needs-not an easy job! They got it to us very promptly in time to go on holiday which was amazing. The office staff and delivery team were all so helpful and supportive. Highly recommended.

I have had a fantastic experience with Proximo Group; Account Manager William Keable handled couple of minor situations brilliantly and ensured delivery of my vehicle; and a special mention to Daniel Molinas who arrived within promised delivery window, very polite respectful, thorough with attention to detail, and a complete professional. For pick up of replacement vehicle I must give Robert a special mention for displaying professional, courteous and respectful approach. Only possible improvement I think can be made, standard delivery window does not suit everyone, little more flexibility should be considered where possible.
