Fantastic experience at Protyre…
Fantastic experience at Protyre colchester as always. Been going there for 10 years now for MOT'S, tyres & repairs. Staff are always super accommodating especially John who always remembers & looks after loyal customers. (Thanks for fitting me in for unexpected new tyres on the morning of my holiday!!)
Costs are always reasonable and explained in full. I will still continue using protyres!!!

Went for an aircon check and though the mechanic thought the car needed some further work it transpired that after regasing it worked fine.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I do usually go to protyre for the convenience of it being so close to where I live. I have had MOTs done, Servicing, tyre changed and honestly, i cannot fault them.
I woke up the other day and noticed there was a nail in my tyre it was completely flat.
I managed to get booked in with Protyre on the day and they managed to get it sorted within an hour. Would definitely recommend them!

Poor Service
Booked through etyres, had email confirmation of appointment but on arrival was told no appointment and they were fully booked. Next convenient appointment was in 7 days. Customer service person wasn’t helpful at all. No call to warn me. Two hour round trip and wasted morning.
Customer relations are just as bad. They contacted me on Monday 29th and have ignored me since. Even after requesting me to contact them on here.
