Rang first and given approx time to arrive. Sadly puncture could not be repaired but new tyre fit & on our way home in 15 minutes!! Great attention to customer service....thank you!

There was a slight issue with the job they had done but were happy to put right immediately so in all I am happy with the service I received the price seemed high compared to elsewhere but I was in a rush for work doing and they took it on immediately so rough with the smooth as we say.

From start to finish the experience was…
From start to finish the experience was smooth and perfect. Buying the tyres was so easy and straightforward, I had all the information I needed in one place, was given a clear breakdown of what I was buying, what discounts were available and lots of options to suit my time for tyre fitting. Then on the day, the guys changing my tyres were brilliant, fast and true professionals. It was my first time ever getting my tyres fitted but it felt so smooth I can’t wait to do it again in a few years. Highly recommend.

Used two differnt branches of Pro Tyre…
Used two differnt branches of Pro Tyre and on both occasions they have damaged alloy wheels, wouldn't mind, but they were new, from the main dealer. After the second incident I will never use this company again. Wouldn't mind, but the first branch admitted what they had done and replaced at cost to them, second branch just lied and tried to make me look stupid.

Had MOT done
Had MOT done, many major problems adviced.
Quoted around £ 400
Got to another garage got MOT and other things done in less than £100.
Also was advised many things they put on major faults were not even there.
