Never ever ever will I complain about the service I get at this garage. They are kind, caring, honest, and make you feel like family. Would recommend them to everyone I know because they care so much about the service you get. Even when they are short staffed. They make sure they make time for you. Thank you as ever for being my hero’s ❤️

Went for a simple tyre change, waited over an hour as they were busy. Wouldnt have minded the wait if they had done the job right but they hadnt even balanced the wheel and had lost my wheel bolt caps

That night I had a 250 mile journey for a long weekend away with my wife and 3yr old daughter. On the motorway the car was vibrating so much I had to pull up at a services to check they had tightened the wheels which thankfully they had.

Rang them and they said that they had recently had a few wheel weights not sticking and falling off, and that the technician said there wasnt any wheel bolt caps on it to begin with.

Upon removing and balancing the wheel myself I found that the old wheel weights were still on the wheel untouched. Wheel balance was out 140g on one side and 120g on the other side. So basically the tech couldn't be bothered to put it on the balancer probably because it was a rear wheel, and either broke the wheel bolt caps taking them off or forgot to put them back on afterwards.

Supposed to be professional tyre fitters but really poor service and experience this time. Wont be using them again

I phoned earlier in the week saying I couldn’t commit to doing an online booking slot.
This was no problem they said and gave me a few times when they were quieter. This is for Saturday when I know they are busy. On arrival I was sorted straight away.
This was for 2 new tyres.

All was use these guys. Son and daughter also .book it in and they sort it out.

Had it booked in on the 21st of march for my tyre to be replaced at 1030 turned up on time to a nice welcome by the Protyre team was in and out within the hour very quick and happy thank you again Protyre 💪

The team at Protyre Bradford did great work as part of the recent MOT on my Dad's car. Its an older vehicle which passed the test, afterwards I was offered good advice about the vehicle and some minor age-based watch-outs for possible future needs.

I left reassured that the car is in good order, which is good to know when a family member is the main user.

I waited around while work was done and was looked after with drinks and internet access whilst on-site.

Hi yes this is Mr Marty Singh, went to Pro Tyres Leeds road Bradford 3, met Billy who I usually like to get seen by, Billy looked after me, he always gives me good customer service, and always pleasant polite and professional, he had a look at my tyres and he said I need all 4 tyres, so ordered 4 brand new tyres again helped me choose which tyres were good for my car at a very good price, ordered them in for the next day, and got everything done the following day, excellent work. I have been going there for a few a years now, all because how Billy had dealt with me as a customer the very first time, excellent service. Thanks Billy. 5 stars

I was early for my MOT, the mechanic welcomed me into the waiting area, I asked if there was a tea/coffee machine and he asked what I would like, I said a coffee one sugar and he got me one straight away.
After a few minutes my car was in the workshop, I supped my coffee while I read the usually outdated mags(lol)
After about 45 mins the mechanic came into the office and said my car had passed the test.
Its the first time I have been to this test centre, but I know I will use them again.

Fast and efficient service.

Bill went to a lot of trouble to sort out the problem. The low pressure warning light wouldn't go out despite the tyres being at the correct pressure. Despite being a very busy day he tried several options several times. The problem was cured. Thank you

We look after our car to the best of our ability and expect other services to do the same. Protyre did just that where other tyre services don't. Billy was careful with our wheels and also informative plus the price was better than others quoted.
I highly recommend Protyre Bradford to everyone.
