Ian Johnston came to our home and took us through the journey of pre-planning a funeral. It was informal yet professional. Everything was explained fully and all questions and concerns dealt with satisfactorily. However they set up my direct debit wrong and I had to ring them and spend time on the phone asking them to correct it.
