This site is a tidy and very well organised site ,safety barriers and pedestrian walkways where suitably places to cross from one end of site to the other unhinderd by moving plant machinery, on arrival to site we where greeted by Sam who helped massively get our progress underway and the job completed swiftly

Mitton Grange Development, Whalley.

A great house move (as great as one can be!). More than satisfied with our new home but equally pleased with the attitude and accomodating nature of the Prospect team to date. We asked for several amendments to our house such as the location of sockets etc and every was agreed with no nasty hidden charges. Since we've been in, the site lads (Chris & Sam) have been superb. Would highly recommend.

We've bought a show home from prospect this spring. The overall experience was great as we managed to part-ex our old home and move into a fully finished home. There were a few niggles with the house when we moved in, but they sorted it very quickly, with most significant issues being sorted on the day of report (e.g. drains needed unblocking, as the house wasn't lived in, heating upstairs stopped one day and was immediately fixed). As we had a newborn baby at the time, it was very reassuring that any issues are resolved so quickly. The site manager, Sam Williams, was especially helpful and made sure we were alright. No job was too big or too small to address.

3 stars because on a negative, the central heating systems fitted are very cheap and nasty and everyone on the estate has had problems and several have had to replace the boiler completely at cost to themselves. I myself have had to have it replaced but this was only replaced by Prospect with an identical one which has already failed several times only 18 months after it was fitted!

On a positive, of the minor teething troubles I've had, eg doors not shutting properly, shower screen leaking, these were all dealt with successfully by the very pleasant Sam Williams who has been out a few times to sort things. Sam deserves this personal mention here for the following reasons, mainly, he always arrived as scheduled or if he was going to be late he'd let me know rather than be waiting around all day. Secondly, the work he did was always to high standard and thirdly, he was always very tidy and always cleaned up after himself. Thank you Sam.

Bridgemere Purchase

We've reserved a property on the Bridgemere Development, Ormskirk, Jasmine and Maggie have been excellent throughout the entire process. We even gained access to the property that we are purchasing, during the build stage, thanks to site manager Craig who took us in with hard hats and boots for health safety. Everybody is knowledgeable and all questions are answered promptly.

Great company and management make our job a lot easier and turn a good finished home

Jobs run very smoothly great people in charge of it sam and Chris make sure everything is always ticking smoothly great sight to see

We purchased our first home with Prospect Homes two years ago, and Sam was a great help throughout. Even after moving, he continues to provide advice. Jasmine from sales was fantastic, and any issues have been quickly resolved. So pleased with our new home!

Sam, the manager on site, was always more than happy to help. He went above and beyond to make sure any problems were rectified quickly and smoothly and was very easy to deal with.

Purchased a house on mitton grange whalley, fantastic build, quality exceptional design and great customers service throughout the whole process.

Very good service and finish to the jobs Sam did after the snagging. His attention to detail was excellent and he was always polite and pleasant.

Great guy!

Loved the house we purchased from Prospect, very little on our snag list, this was done after many calls to head office. The extremely rude lady in the office there made it very difficult to make arrangements to get the jobs complete. Jobs did take a while to get resolved but once the jobs were done they were done to a high standard. Sam the maintenance guy completed work to a high standard and always minimal disruption to my day.
We still have two ongoing issues, one being with the signage on our road, this will never be rectified as we have made many phone-calls and sent many emails to not get any satisfactory response. Two, the maintenance of the development. Trees not planted as the plans, no pathway from public path to the development etc. again, lots of phone calls and emails to no satisfactory response!
In all we love our Prospect home, just some staff their need to take some customer service courses to enable them to speak to people in the correct manner, so that customers can get jobs completed in a timely manner!

Sam is literally the only reason I'm reviewing, the single 5* I can give for prospect who if he didn't work there would be a -10000*
I have been in the trade myself and this is the worst builder with the worst customer service out there! (kirsty only knows how to lie)

Sam from customer care was professional,polite, tidy in his work and very good at all the jobs he did for me.
Prospect should be proud to employ him

Sam was brilliant, always there to help us when needed and would always go above and behind to make sure we were happy with our new home! We couldn’t fault him 👍🏽

Sam from prospect homes that does the snagging is really good at what he does so polite and friendly to Sam was always on time and if I could hire him private to do some jobs I would definitely hire him he's a asset to your team. Thank you once again for everything you did for us merry Chrismas we moved in to our home in 2020 but I just felt like I needed to add a review.

Love my house, overall built very well and the process went without any stress.
Had a few snags which were minor, Sam the maintenance guy went above and beyond with sorting, really helpful a credit to the company.

Sam was just the bomb, as Prospect site mgr! He made it possible for me to settle in to my new home by fixing snags and glitches and nothing was too much for him.
