One of the best sites I've been on and very well managed and tidy

Danny came out to fix the boiler pressure and was done in minutes.

He was friendly and polite.

Friendly and very helpful. Made to feel that the team are here to support us in our move. As snags appear there is a clear acceptance that they will be fixed asap.

Moved into a new build property (just built), had a few minor issues and Danny the site mananger resolved them very quickly and efficiently.

Excellent workmanship I've just moved into a new build built by prospect homes everything done to a very hight standard. Site staff very friendly and helpfull especially Chris and Sam who came round as a courtesy visit to see how we was settling in .
10/10 for service

Excellent customer service by Lisa at Mitton Grange whalley.
Visited the site over the weekend and the customer service was a 5 star service, the time Lisa spend with us and her knowledge on the property’s was excellent Will defiantly be back.

After a navigating a challenging start with our purchase at the Mitton Grange development, for various reasons, it’s so far so good with Prospect Homes, particularly with the build quality and aftercare, having recently moved in. Special mention to Sam, in the building/aftercare team, who has gone above and beyond to assist with any minor details and ensure we are happy with our home. The team have even been forthcoming helping with odd jobs here and there. We were lucky to meet Barbara on our very first visit and she was friendly and helpful throughout, including being present on the day of our move! Consistency and communication is always valued for any customer. At present, we have every faith in the team and can rest easy in our new home knowing everybody is happy to help!

The support we have received is amazing from the girls especially Jasmine who had supported us every step of the way.
She has gone above and beyond to make sure the process has gone smoothly as possible .

In my opinion only use these if you want to get conned/ripped off after myexperiences trying to buy 31 The Ridings in Longridge during the period 2022/2023

We moved in to our new house earlier this week. They’ve done a fantastic job with the house but they fixed any issues we came across during the move. I chipped some paint off the wall when moving furniture and Danny the site manager came and touched it up and wrote down the name of the paint so we can purchase it for the future. Couldn’t ask for a better service!

Zoe was there every step of the way and could not have been more helpful. She helped sort out all the issues that arose in a professional and friendly manner.

Enjoyed working on Vancouver and middlemas hay projects. Would come back and work for prospect again. Lads have been brilliant to work with.

New house at mitton grange is great , good quality through out had assistance from Sam and Chris (site managers) sorting out general moving in enquiries etc always got a return call if I called them when they were in meetings or dealing with someone else . Very professional and concensus easy to approach.

Sales negotiators were helpful and used best efforts to speed up the completion process.
The build quality of the house bought was generally excellent but minor “poor finish” issues have been speedily resolved.
The site manager, Sam has gone “above and beyond” to assist a widow in resolving all sorts of problems, many of which were not directly related to the property

We had allsorts of completion dates due to the weather, and it was touch and go if we would be in for Christmas. Zoe pulled out the stops and got us in, we were so grateful as we moved out of our house in Cheshire on the 2nd November.
We had a few teething problems as expected but Sam is absolutely sorting them for us. I have no worries that the fantastic support will continue.

We purchased our house in the Ridings Develpment in 2019. We were the first people to buy here and subsequently we moved in on the 22nd of November 2019. We had nothing but help and kindness from the then site manager and his team. They put right every small problem that we had immediately. Also we would just like to mention Jasmine she guided us through every stage of our purchase and is 100% efficient. It wasnt easy as we moved up to Longridge from Sussex plus we are a elderly couple. Cant praise The Prospect Team enough. Im sorry to say that we are still waiting for our roads to be topped and pavements to be finished after almost five years of moving in. I understand that there was problems with drainage but worst of all was being lied to by so many people saying oh it will be done by Xmas that was three years ago and here we are as i said almost five years and still waiting.
