I’ve used this sofa cleaning service many times over the past few years, and they have never disappointed me. Every single time, they leave my sofa looking brand new — it’s honestly amazing to see the transformation. Not only does it look spotless, but my entire house smells incredibly fresh and clean after they’re done.

Stubborn Sofa stain completely removed !
Vlad was very professional and came to clean up a stubborn stain from an alcohol stain on our sofa , the sofa has been completely returned to its previous state and smells beautiful too after the clean!
Will definitely come back to Prolux for any future stain issues on our upholstery.

Loved how quick and efficient the service is and how the cleaner accommodated any requests I made. Have 4 pets so the carpet NEEDED a clean. By the time it was finished the carpet was fresh again. Dried so quickly. Recieved the service before lunch and it was dried by 6pm!
Also really appreciated having the same cleaner as last time, it saves time from going over things again and they know what to expect. The cleaner himself was great! Very polite and helpful.
Will be back for a third time.

I apologize for the delay in writing this review for the exceptional sofa cleaning service ProLux Cleaning provided us last November. The entire experience, from initial contact to the final result, was thoughtful and impressive.
The booking process was incredibly smooth. I sent a quick inquiry via WhatsApp for Business around 6:45 PM on a Thursday evening, expecting a delayed reply, but someone answered right away. I truly appreciate their swift response. After a brief discussion about the sofa’s condition, a service appointment was promptly scheduled for the following Monday morning. In the interim, George from ProLux sent helpful reminder emails and messages, which was very thoughtful.
Victor arrived within the agreed timeframe and immediately conducted a quick assessment before starting the cleaning. We could not be more satisfied with the final results—our sofa looks almost brand new again! We also appreciated that he went above and beyond by cleaning a small section of the surrounding floor area, even though it wasn't necessary. Another thoughtful touch!
We asked Victor if they offered carpet cleaning services, and he confirmed they absolutely do! He politely directed us to contact their Customer Support team to book our next service, explaining their organized procedure ensures every booking is handled systematically by the relevant department. This structured approach highlights their professionalism and thoughtfulness!
We will definitely be booking ProLux again. The professionalism and consistently thoughtful service throughout the entire process were truly excellent.
