Amazing outcome done by carpet bright . My living room carpet and porch carpet look absolutely brand new again. David and Alvin were very punctual arriving on time and we are so pleased to both of them for doing a very professional job. Highly recommend this company.

Zac has done a wonderful job, left the carpets as new. They all have been very friendly when asking questions and how to take care of the carpets so they last longer. I know who to call next time I need to clean my carpets.

My carpets look amazingly clean and smell great. Mike was very professional friendly and respectful of our house. He was a pleasure to have in and I wouldn’t hesitate to call again or recommend to anyone else.

I booked Carpet Bright to arrive at 8 am this morning, Marion arrived on time and has cleaned my living room carpet to an unbelievable standard, I have had carpet cleaners before but, never have they cleaned to such a high standard. Victor arrived exactly on time and immediately got to work.I am so impressed by the results. Two little dogs, after a wet muddy winter, had really messed up light beige carpets. Transformation. Wonderful. The various items of upholstery on the to do list , were also rejuvenated superbly. I hadn't realised how shabby they were until Victor revealed the vibrancy of their colours and texture. CarpetBright may not be cheap, but their results are fantastic. Worth every penny. I have used other companies in the past and always been rather disappointed. Not today. Thankyou Victor.

Mike from carpet bright has just finished cleaning our lounge carpet. He has done an absolutely wonderful job.He has removed tea and coffee stains and glue stains. I would definitely recommend Mike and Carpet Bright to anyone.

On 27 March 2026 Zac Dimitrov of Carpet Bright visited my home to clean the carpets. My front door step had just been replaced less than 24 hours earlier with a new sandstone step which cost me £2150. Mr Dimitrov left two wet buckets on my new door step leaving ring marks. I asked him "What is this?" he replied "Water". Inside the buckets he had containers of liquid cleaner, or solvent of some sort. He cleaned the carpets effectively. After he left, the marks on the step remained. I tried to scrub them with water. They remained, which proves the marks were not made by water. They were made by a different fluid from water.
On 31 March I lodged a complaint. I received a reply from Natasha Alleyne who told me the issue would be referred to the senior management team. Today is 27 April; I have not received a reply. My builder returned and was able the grind down the new step to below the depth of the stain, thereby solving the problem.
To conclude: Carpet Bright are competent at cleaning carpets. They failed to solve a problem caused by them. Their customer service could not be worse.

I entrusted this company with an expensive rug, providing full manufacturer details and confirmed material specifications. It was returned in a damaged condition, with clear colour run and fading that was not present beforehand.
More concerning is the complete lack of response from both Customer Service and Management despite multiple attempts to contact them.
The company does not appear to hold TrustMark or other recognised certifications that offer customer protection. I have also since found similar complaints from other customers, suggesting this may be a recurring issue.
I would strongly advise caution when using this service, particularly for valuable items. This has not been resolved since November 2025

I was so impressed with the service we received today. The technician called and messaged to let me know he would be early if that was ok with us which it was. We showed him around when he arrived and he got on with the job. He was very friendly, knowledgable and chatty which put us at ease. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Daniel our technical.

Very impressed, Zac arrived early and was so nice, polite and respectful. He got straight on to work and our lounge carpet and 2 big rugs look brand new! Would definitely recommend Carpet Bright and we will be using them again.

We had a paint spillage in our car. We called on the Saturday at 11:45am and were booked in for Monday afternoon. I received a call from Daniel asking if he could come over that day and clear the pain t as he was worried it would not clear properly if left too long. He was over by 12:30pm and had cleaned it all up by 2:30pm. Amazing service. Very happy to recommend to anyone.

A little pricey, but worth every penny. Brilliant service, both on the phone and on the day. Clearly laid out prices, and quick turnaround- very professional cleaner, super polite and informative. My carpets are squeaky clean!

Today ViKtor came to clean our living room carpet, stairs and landing. Also two low Victorian chairs.

ViKtor was charming and professional from the start and always polite and considerate.
